微公益众筹是一种社交网络和网络舆情双重作用下依托互联网众筹的聚少成多的新型人人公益模式。这种模式下的公益主体不再是公益组织而是普通用户,故劝服普通用户捐助是提升微公益众筹绩效的关键。目前尚缺乏将面向用户的微公益众筹的信息劝服模式与微公益众筹的核心要素信息特征相结合的系统化研究。本申请项目将先从信息视角出发,在全面调研国内外流行的微公益众筹平台基础上,汇总量化微公益众筹三大核心要素即项目、名人和社群(社交舆情)的信息特征。其后分析静态的项目信息特征与用户决策之间关联,以此构建个人用户微公益众筹劝服模式。再引入名人的信息特征,分析并构建基于名人效应的微公益众筹匹配劝服模式。然后扩展到信息外部环境及动态特征,将社交关系的信息网络与网络舆情所形成的信息网络纳入考虑范畴,进一步构建社交-舆情双层耦合网络下的公益群体用户劝服模式。最终整合形成基于三核心要素的微公益众筹信息劝服模式,促进微公益众筹绩效。

Micro-charity crowdfunding is the new charity model which adds a lot of small items from each netizen up to a big number in online crowdfunding with the help of social network and public opinion on the Internet. The main body of this model is common web users not a non-profit organization, so it’s essential for the outcome of Micro-charity crowdfunding to persuade ordinary users into making contributions. Few researchers combine the persuasion model of micro-charity crowdfunding pointing to common users and the information character of key factors in micro-charity crowdfunding until now. The first step of our study collects data from oversea and Chinese popular micro-charity crowdfunding platforms. The information characteristic of three key factors (project, celebrity and community which includes social network and online public opinion) is measured according to the need of post studies. The team uses the data to build users’ persuasive model (the first level of the persuasive model) based on the relationship between the static characteristics of the project and users’ decision-making. The second level of the persuasive model is then added based on the celebrity endorsement. And then the third level of the persuasive model is constructed considering the coupled network with the social network and online public opinion network associated with the external environment and dynamic characteristics of information. The three levels can be integrated together to attract more participants on the Internet and finally in order to improve the performance of Micro-charity crowdfunding.
