五运六气理论以“天人相应”的整体观为指导，体现了中医多维动态时空关联性，五运、六气规律性的气化偏性变化，不仅影响着人体后天发病倾向，也影响着先天胎孕禀赋。女性乳癖病发病具有明显的周期性，受自然气化节律影响较大。因此，本项目拟从先天、后天两个层面，天干、地支、五运、六气多个维度，研究运气变化与乳癖病罹患的相关性。主要工作如下: （1）通过乳癖病患者的发病日期与运气推演结果对照分析，研究乳癖病发病与纪年干支、岁运、主运、客运、主气、客气、司天、在泉、客主加临、运气合化等的相关性，分析后天影响乳癖病发病的干支运气规律；（2）基于乳癖病患者的出生日期、受孕日期，分析其胎孕期的纪年干支分布规律和运气变化规律，总结罹患乳癖病的先天运气影响因素；（3）根据乳癖病患者先后天的干支、运气特点，总结形成乳癖病的预防方案和辨证论治规律。这将对传承和创新应用五运六气理论、完善中医治未病理论体系具有重要的现实意义。

The theory of Wuyun Liuqi exhibits the multi-dimensional dynamic spatial-temporal correlation of Chinese Medicine guided by the holistic concept of "correspondence between heaven and man". The bias changes of Wuyun and Liuqi movement influences not only the acquired morbidity tendency, but also the congenital pregnancy endowment of human body. The occurrence of female breast lump exhibits obvious periodicity, which is greatly influenced by the rhythm of natural Qi movement. Therefore, this study aims to investigate the relationship between the change of Qi movemwnt and the occurrence of breast lump. Our study includes both the congenital and acquired aspects, as well as the different dimensions, for example Tiangan, Dizhi, Wuyun and Liuqi. Our main research include: a. To study the correlation between the breast lump occurrence and the Ganzhi, Suiyun, Zhuyun, Keyun, Zhuqi, Keqi, Sitian, Zaiquan, Kezhujialin, Yunqihehua. Furthermore, the rules of Ganzhi Qi movement which might be related with the acquired occurrence of breast lump are analyzed. All studies are based on the comparative analysis of the occurrence date and the deduction result of Qi movement. b. According to the date of birth and conception of breast lump patients, to analyze the law of Ganzhi distribution and Qi movement changes, then to conclude the influencing factors of congenital Qi movement on the occurrence of breast lump. c. To conclude the preventive plan and the rule of treatment based on syndrome differentiation of patients with breast lump after analyzing the characteristics of acquired Tiangan, Dizhi and Qi movement. Our study has very important practical significance for inheriting and innovating WuyunLiuqi theory, as well as improving the theoretical system of preventive treatment of disease.
