面色和光泽的精确诊断是中医望诊现代化研究的重点和难点。以往基于数字图像的面部望诊研究存在精确性不足、缺乏光泽研究等瓶颈,光谱技术在中医望诊的应用,可同时满足面色精确性和表征光泽的需求。本项目在前期研究基础上,基于反射光谱法采集望诊信息,采用光谱反射率表征面色,采用光泽度表征面部光泽,并分析望诊颜色、光泽特征。针对面色分类需求,通过光谱曲线相似测度提取面色特征,采用主成分分析和K-means等机器学习方法,建立基于光谱相似测度的面色分类模型;针对光泽分析需求,探讨光泽度与望诊光泽的对应关系及参考范围;以光谱相似测度特征的主成分为面色维度,以光泽度为光泽维度,建立望诊信息联合的分析模型及方法。本项目应用光谱及其分析技术,提高望诊面色分析精度,建立望诊光泽分析方法,并联合面色、光泽特征建立望诊信息可视化模型,为望诊技术标准化提供关键技术支持。

The accurate diagnosis of facial color and gloss is the focus and difficulty of modern Traditional Chinese Medicine ( TCM ) inspection. In the past research on facial inspection based on digital image, there were bottlenecks such as the lack of facial color accuracy and the lack of gloss quantification, etc. The application of spectral technology in modern TCM inspection can meet the needs of facial color accuracy and the needs of gloss quantization at the same time. On the basis of previous research, inspection information is collected based on reflection spectroscopy in the research, facial color is characterized by spectral reflectivity, gloss is characterized by glossiness, characteristics from different facial color and gloss are analyzed via statistical methods. According to the needs of facial color classification, significant spectral similar features are extracted by the similarity measure of the whole curve of facial reflection spectroscopy, principal component analysis ( PCA ) and K-means are used to establish the facial color classification model based on spectral similar features. According to the demand of gloss analysis, the corresponding relationship between glossiness and facial gloss are discussed as well as its reference range. Taking the principal component of similar features as the complexion dimension and glossiness as the gloss dimension, the visual inspection conjoint analysis model is established. In the research, the accuracy of TCM inspection analysis is improved by spectrum and spectrum analytical techniques, a method of gloss analysis is established, a visualization model of facial color and gloss is established, so as to provide key technical support for the standardization of TCM inspection technique.
