盾构是隧道掘进的专用装备,滚刀作为盾构破岩的核心部件,其破岩性能直接决定盾构的整体掘进性能。随着地下空间高速发展,滚刀逐渐遭遇高强度、高磨蚀性复杂岩石地层,使得传统常截面滚刀破岩性能难以满足现有盾构高性能掘进要求。为此,申请人基于前期研究基础,开展一种球齿滚刀动静组合加载破岩机理及其适配性设计研究,拟研究的内容包括:(1)研究球齿滚刀动静组合加载下岩石中裂纹演化规律、裂纹扩展判据以及岩碴形成机制,揭示球齿滚刀动静组合加载下岩石破碎机理;(2)分析动静组合加载下球齿滚刀与岩石接触界面载荷形成、分布及其动态响应规律,建立球齿滚刀三向动态载荷预测模型;(3)探究球齿滚刀破岩参数与破岩效率映射关系,建立球齿滚刀破岩寿命预测模型,提出不同岩石地层下球齿滚刀适配性设计方法,优化球齿滚刀破岩参数。项目研究成果可为球齿滚刀高效、长寿命破岩及盾构高性能掘进提供理论与技术支撑,具有重要的研究价值。

Shield machine is a special equipment for tunnel excavation. As the core part of breaking rock of the shield machine, the rock-breaking performance of disc cutter directly determines the overall tunneling performance of the shield machine. With the rapid development of underground space, the disc cutter is gradually encountering complex rock stratum with high strength and high abrasiveness, which makes the rock-breaking performance of the traditional disc cutter with constant section difficult to meet the requirement for high-performance tunneling of the shield machine. Therefore, the rock-breaking mechanism and adaptability design of the spherical-tooth disc cutter with coupled dynamic-static loads are explored based on the applicant's previous research. The contents to be studied include: (1) The crack evolution rule, the crack propagation criterion and the formation mechanism of rock chip under the coupled dynamic-static loads induced by the spherical-tooth disc cutter are studied, and the rock-breaking mechanism of the spherical-tooth disc cutter with coupled dynamic-static loads is revealed; (2) The formation, distribution and dynamic response of the contact load between the spherical-tooth disc cutter and the rock under the coupled dynamic-static loads are analyzed, and the dynamic load prediction model in three directions for the spherical-tooth disc cutter is established; (3) The mapping relationship between rock-breaking parameters and rock-breaking efficiency of the spherical-tooth disc cutter is investigated, the rock-breaking life prediction model of the spherical-tooth disc cutter is established, and the adaptive design method of the spherical-tooth disc cutter under different rock strata is put forward to optimize the rock-breaking parameters of the spherical-tooth disc cutter. The research results of this project can provide theoretical and technical support for the high-efficiency, long-life breaking rock induced by the spherical-tooth disc cutter and high-performance tunneling of the shield machine, which have important research value.
