文化创意要素具有充裕性和强渗透性。促进文化产业与相关产业深度融合，对推动经济结构调整、产业优化升级和发展方式转变具有重要意义。自2009年起，国家出台了一系列政策推动文化产业融合发展，并已取得显著成绩，但仍存在融合领域有限、融合深度不足等问题。为把握文化产业融合发展规律，精准优化产业政策，深化文化产业融合发展，本项目依据产业融合、生态系统和演化经济理论，基于产业融合发展现状和数理建模研究文化产业融合发展的本质机制，提出相应假设。运用优化的投入产出法及面板数据模型，诠释文化产业融合动态和空间演进的周期性、区域性、行业性等特征差异及其影响因素，运用结构方程模型识别并检验文化产业与典型产业的融合路径。全面解读我国文化产业融合发展的本质机理、演进特征，准确判断影响其演进的主要因素及其影响程度，有效识别文化产业与典型产业融合发展的路径差异及原因，科学评价文化产业融合政策实施效果，明确其优化方向。

As cultural and creative elements are sufficiently abundant and strongly penetrable, they promote the deep integration of cultural industry and related industries, which is of great significance to facilitate economic restructuring, industrial optimization and upgrading, and transformation of development methods. Since 2009, the central government has issued a series of policies to accelerate the integrational development of the cultural industry. Although some remarkable results have been achieved, there are still some problems such as limited integration areas and insufficient integration. In order to grasp the law of the integrational development of China’s cultural industry, accurately optimize industrial policies, and deepen the integrational development of the cultural industry, this project proposes corresponding assumptions based on the theories of industrial integration, ecosystem and evolutionary economics after understanding the status quo of the integrational development of cultural industry and investigating the intrinsic mechanisms of cultural industry integrational development through mathematical modeling. Using the optimized input-output method and panel data econometrics, the project will present the characteristic distinctions of the dynamics and spatial evolution of integrational development, such as periodic, regional and industrial characteristics, as well as the influencing factors of the differences. The structural equation model will be used to identify and test the integrational pathway of cultural industry with typical industries. The project will comprehensively interpret the intrinsic mechanisms and evolutionary characteristics of the integrational development of China's cultural industry, accurately screen the main factors affecting its evolution and figure out the degree of their influence, effectively identify the differences of integrational pathways and the causes, scientifically evaluate the implementation of the policies of the cultural industry integration and clarify its optimization direction.
