琼北高压榴辉岩−麻粒岩与相关岩石研究及对东古特提斯构造演化的制约

选择琼北地区高压榴辉岩-麻粒岩、角闪岩相变质岩以及浅变质地层和岩浆杂岩为研究对象，通过野外地质调查、变质岩石学、地球化学和同位素年代学研究来查明：(1)高压榴辉岩-麻粒岩的时代、地球化学属性和P-T演化；(2)角闪岩相变质岩的原岩和变质时代及P-T条件；(3)琼北浅变质地层与岩浆杂岩的时代、物源及形成的构造环境。进而揭示琼北地区高压变质及相关地质事件的时代、性质及其反映的构造演化过程，为探索晚古生代-中生代东古特提斯的构造演化提供新的制约。

Based on an integrated study of field investigation, metamorphic petrology, geochemistry and isotope geochronology on high-pressure eclogite-granulite association, amphibolite-facies metamorphic rocks as well as low-grade metamorphic strata and magmatic rocks from the northern Hainan Island, the following questions will be resolved in the present project: (1) the ages, geochemical affinity and metamorphic P-T evolution of high pressure eclogite-granulite association, (2) the protolith and metamorphic ages and P-T conditions of amphibolite-facies rocks, and (3) the ages, provenances and tectonic settings of low-grade metamorphic strata and magmatic rocks. The data will be used to reveal the timing and nature of high-pressure metamorphic event and related geological events and their implications for tectonic evolution. This researh wil provide new constraints on the evolution of the eastern Paleo-Tethys during the late Paleozoic to Mesozoic.
