本项目针对传统的基于V模型的系统工程方法在处理复杂工程系统构建时存在的整体性缺失、对顶层效能指标无法准确分解与及时验证以及效率较低的问题，首先研究了如何对复杂工程体系的隐秩序进行显性化建模，然后基于建立的多主体模型和建立的统一信息空间，提出一种传统V模型的改进模型——V+模型，对复杂工程体系的构建过程提供方法指导。然后分析复杂适应系统自组织性与自适应特点，提出人造工程体系新的发展方向——体系生命力理论，研究了体系生命力属性的涌现机理，提出了实现体系生命力理论的技术框架与评价指标。该项目对复杂工程体系的构建过程具有很强的指导价值，也提出了人造工程体系未来的发展方向。

Aiming at the integrated deficiency of the traditional system engineering method on the basis of Model V in dealing with the construction of complex engineering system, and the problems of inaccurate decomposition and untimely verification of the top-level performance indicators and low efficiency, this paper first studies how to explicitly model the hidden order of complex engineering system. Then, based on the established multi-agent model and unified information space, Model V+, an improved model of traditional Model V, is proposed, which provides method guidance for the construction process of complex engineering system. Then the characteristics of self-organization and self-adaptation of complex adaptive system are analyzed, and a new development direction of artificial engineering system-System Vitality Theory is put forward. The emergence mechanism of system vitality attribute is studied, and the technical frame and evaluation index of realizing system vitality theory are put forward. The project has a strong guiding value for the construction process of complex engineering system, and also puts forward the future development direction of artificial engineering system.
