甲状腺癌是是全球发病率增长最快的恶性肿瘤。其中，分化型甲状腺癌（DTC）约占全部甲状腺癌94%-95%。可通过手术治疗、术后TSH抑制治疗等方法提高10年生存率。TSH抑制水平与DTC的复发、转移和癌症相关死亡关系密切。目前研究多关注甲状腺癌患者术后心理、行为特点；治疗疗效及预后的一般性调查及影响因素分析，鲜有对术后DTC患者TSH抑制治疗反应进行动态评估、干预管理及时程效果评价。因此，本课题采用巢式病例对照研究设计，探究心身因素对术后DTC患者TSH抑制治疗反应的影响，通过神经网络模型，揭示术后DTC患者TSH抑制治疗反应的心身交互机制；借助网络信息技术，创建多端（医院端、社区端、个人端）联动平台，据此提出以“心身功能体干预”为核心的医院-社区协同管理模式，并验证其时程效应。以期动态、科学的进行风险评估和精准管理，最大限度降低治疗性不良反应，最终实现术后DTC患者的总体预后显著改善。

Thyroid cancer is one malignant tumor that the growing incidence is fastest in the world. Among them, the differentiated thyroid carcinoma (DTC) about 94%-95%. It can be treated by surgery, postoperative TSH suppression therapy methods to improve the 10 year survival rate. TSH level is closely related to the recurrence of DTC,metastasis and cancer-related death. The present researches pay more attention to the psychological and behavior characteristics of postoperative patients with thyroid carcinoma,or general survey on treatment efficacy and prognosis and influence factors. Few survey on dynamic assessment of TSH suppression therapy reaction in DTC patients with postoperative, or intervention management and process effect evaluation. Therefore, this subject adopts nested case-control study design, to explore the psychosomatic factors on the reaction of postoperative patients with DTC TSH suppression therapy, through the neural network model, build psychosomatic interaction model of postoperative TSH suppression therapy response among DTC patients.With the network information technology, create multiport (hospital side, community and personal side) linkage platform, accordingly "psychosomatic function intervention" as the core of the Hospital - community joint management pattern, and verify its long-term effect. In order to conduct the risk assessment and management which is dynamic and scientific, minimize therapeutic adverse reaction, finally improve the overall prognosis of postoperative patients with DTC significantly.
