“投票”是常见的群体决策基本方法,伴随信息时代来临,信息技术与群体决策结合更加紧密,因此社会网络下群体决策科学逐渐引发学者重视。本项目以“网络效应”和“投票演化”为基本点,致力于研究网络效应下投票演化规律,将投票理论关注点从投票后阶段转移到投票前阶段。其中,网络效应以网络结构与信息分布为视角,分析社会网络对个体投票抉择的正负效应;投票演化以观点动力学为基础,加载社会网络环境,演化规则融合网络效应。项目研究聚焦于网络效应与投票演化结果的关系,解析网络效应对个体投票选择的影响力。同时,重点分析网络效应下的共识引导、策略操纵及防策略操纵,三者均以“投票演化”为载体,“投票影响力”为基本,通过“网络效应”全新视角拓展投票演化过程的研究。本项目的研究结果不仅能为网络投票的公平性政策制定提供参考,还能为舆情治理提供决策支持。
英文摘要
"Voting" is a common basic method of group decision-making (GDM). With the advent of the information age, information technology and GDM are more closely integrated. The science of group decision-making under social networks has gradually attracted scholars' attention. This project takes “network effect” and “voting evolution” as the basic points, and is committed to studying the law of voting evolution under the network effect, shifting the focus of voting theory from the post-voting stage to the pre-voting stage. Among them, the network effect analyzes the positive and negative effects of social networks on individual voting choices from the perspective of network structure and information distribution; voting evolution is based on opinion dynamics, under social network environment, and evolution rules merge network effects. The project research focuses on the relationship between network effects and voting evolution results, and analyzes the influence of network effects on individual voting choices. At the same time, it focuses on the analysis of consensus guidance, strategic manipulation, and anti-strategic manipulation under the network effect. These three kinds of analysis use "voting evolution" as the carrier and "voting influence" as the basis, and expand the research on the voting evolution process through a new perspective of "network effect". The research results of this project can not only provide a reference for the fairness policy formulation of online voting, but also provide decision support for public opinion governance.
