本次培训班主要以全国高校非数学专业数学基础课教师为培训对象，目的在于拓宽和加深他们的数学基础、提高他们的业务水平和教学能力。培训班邀请中国科学院院士、国家级教学名师、长江学者等国内有关方面著名专家以专题方式进行讲解。培训班培训内容主要包括以下六个方面：大学数学课程疑难问题选讲;数学实验与数学建模经典教学案例示范教学;从大学数学走向现代数学系列专题讲座; 学员课堂教学示范与专家点评；教学改革专题报告和数学微课程教学设计优秀作品赏析.培训班培训理念先进、培训模式创新、培训内容丰富、培训效果显著，受到历届培训教师的普遍好评。通过为期三周、六模块的集中培训, 必将有利提高参训教师的教学能力和业务水平，对推动我国高校大学数学课程的教学改革起到重要作用.

The workshop mainly targets at universities and colleges non mathematics major basic math courses teachers nationwide. The purpose of the workshop is to broaden and deepen the mathematical foundation of the teachers and to improve their professional level and teaching ability. The workshop invites famous experts in relevant field of China, including academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, famous teachers at national level, and Changjiang Scholars, to give themed lectures. The workshop mainly covers the following six topics: selected difficult problems of university mathematic courses; teaching demonstrations of mathematic experiment and mathematical modeling classic teaching cases; series of themed lectures on the development from university mathematic course towards modern mathematics; trainees’ class teaching demonstrations and experts’ comments; subjective report on teaching reformation; and the appreciation and analysis of excellent works of mathematics microlectures teaching design. The workshop has been widely praised for its advanced training concept, innovative training pattern, substantial training content, and remarkable training outcome by teachers trained previously.
