水稻Xa21转基因植株中整合位点的定位与位置效应

转基因植物中外源基因的稳定表达和遗传与其在受体基因组中的整合位点有密切关系。本研究对水稻Xa21转基因植株中各个整合位点两侧的受体基因组DNA序列进行分析，并在DH群体隙哉庑┬蛄卸ㄎ唬沂舅净蜃橹型庠椿系目赡苋鹊阋约巴庠椿泶锏奈恢眯вΑＵ庀罟ぷ髟谥参锘蚬こ萄芯恐惺怯兄匾庖宓摹

The genes expression in transplant was much associated with its inserted position in the host genome. In this study, the fragment sequences flanking the integrated Xa21 gene in rice were analyzed and mapped with the DH population. It could reveal the possible hot integration site of foreign genes and its positional effects, which would be significant in the plant genes engineering.
