基于“多目标协同”的西北地区乡村建设的建筑策划空间构想与预评价研究

乡村建设是关乎国家发展、社会进步与民生福祉的重要任务。本课题针对当前我国乡村建设的宏观特征和存在的“任务目标不合理、设计方法不科学、决策评判无依据”等主要问题，提出在乡村建设中引入建筑策划的理论方法；以西北地区乡村建设为研究对象和应用案例，构建基于“多目标协同”的建筑策划空间构想与预评价体系，为西北地区乡村建设的建筑策划研究与应用提供理论基础、方法工具和操作指南，以提高乡村建筑设计决策和方法的科学性。.课题拟通过数据调研、分析模拟、系统归纳和实践验证的方法，首先对西北地区乡村建设的建筑设计目标特征和目标树进行界定，探索目标与条件之间、多目标之间的关联关系，以揭示西北地区乡村建设的建筑设计多目标协同机制；以此为基础，分别对于建筑策划空间构想过程和预评价过程，集成和研发西北地区乡村适宜性的方法体系与操作指南，并在具体实践案例中进行应用验证。

Rural construction is an important task related to national development, social progress and people's well-being. In view of the current macro characteristics of rural construction in China and the existing deficiencies such as "unreasonable design specification, unscientific design methods, and absence of decision-making and evaluation", this project proposes to introduce the theories and methods of architectural programming into rural construction. Taking rural construction in Northwest China as the research object and application field, this project aims to construct the system of space conceiving and pre-evaluation of architectural programming based on "multi-objective coordination", and provide theoretical basis, methods, tools, and operational guidelines for architectural programming in the rural of Northwest China, so as to improve the scientific nature of rural architecture design decisions and methods..Through the methods of data investigation, analysis and simulation, systematic induction and practical verification, this project aims to firstly define the characteristics and target trees of architectural design objectives in rural construction in Northwest China, and explore the relationship between the multiple objectives and conditions, so as to reveal the multi-objective coordination mechanism of the architectural design in rural construction in Northwest China; on this basis, the project is planned to study the processes of space conceiving and pre-evaluation respectively, integrate and develop the method system and operation guide suitable for rural construction in Northwest China, and carry out application verification in specific practice cases.
