水体富营养化与气候变暖叠加,造成湖库蓝藻水华暴发不断加剧,严重影响城市湖库水源地水质安全。拟柱孢藻是我国近年来新入侵的水华蓝藻,其生长策略与产毒行为与我国普遍发生的微囊藻存在差异,亟需针对性开展控制机理与技术研究。申请人前期构建的以玻璃纤维带为载体、以氮掺杂缺陷态黑色二氧化钛为光催化剂的固定式光催化体系具有良好的控藻效果,本项目在明确该技术去除湖库拟柱孢藻作用效果的基础上,重点解析体系中活性氧化物种的种类、产生机理和作用贡献率,探索藻细胞受损消亡过程中相关理化指标和内部调控机制,揭示固定式光催化体系对拟柱孢藻的灭活机制,为应对日益加剧的湖库水源地拟柱孢藻水华灾害提供科学依据和安全高效的技术体系。
英文摘要
Because of water eutrophication and climate warming, the cyanobacteria blooms in lakes and reservoirs have been intensifying, which are the important ecological disasters of water quality safety in lakes and reservoirs. Cylindrospermopsis raciborskii is a new invasive harmful alga in cyanobacteria blooms occurring in recent years, which has different growing strategy and toxin-producing behavior with the common microcystin algae; thus, it is urgent to research the control theory and technology. This project is to apply the fixed photocatalytic system, with glass fiber strip as the carrier and nitrogen doped black TiO2 as the photocatalyst, to remove Cylindrospermopsis raciborskii in lakes and reservoirs. The crucial conditions and mechanisms are studied. This project is to analysis the production and function of reactive oxidation species. The related physical and chemical index and internal control mechanism are studied in the process of algal cells dying. The exploration of algal inactivated mechanism by fixed photocatalytic system is going to provide scientific basis for controlling intensified Cylindrospermopsis raciborskii blooms in lakes and reservoirs.
