基于“精准”诊疗模式的冠心病血瘀证“时空”演变机制研究

本项目前期研究发现冠心病血瘀证由于受到“时空”特性的影响，不仅在时间状态下呈现出从无到有的过程，还在空间中涌现出轻、重不同程度的个体差异。近年来通过对个体间差异研究以提高疾病预防与诊治效益的“精准医学”逐渐成为研究热点。因中医学对个体差异“精准”的思辨过程多具主观模糊性，为此借助“精准医学”的技术与方法，模拟冠心病血瘀证“时空”特征，在血瘀证形成过程中，转导高危因素，构建轻、重不同程度的血瘀证动物模型，并且从微观角度建立“精准诊断”，以血瘀证不同亚型的关键蛋白为靶点虚拟筛选干预药物进行“精准治疗”，建立血瘀证量体裁衣式的“精准医学”诊疗方案。从而揭示冠心病血瘀证发生、发展，个体差异产生的生物学机制，探索随证加减的精髓，建立实验向临床转化途径。

The current study found that due to the influence of "time and space" characteristics, the blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease not only presents a process from scratch to emergence in time, but also emerges individual differences of light and heavy degree in space. In recent years, "Precision Medicine" has gradually become a research hotspot to improve the efficiency of disease prevention and treatment through the study of individual differences. Due to the subjective fuzziness of the thinking process of "precise" in traditional Chinese medicine, the technology and method of "precise medicine" are used to simulate the characteristics of "time and space" of blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease. In the process of forming blood stasis syndrome, the high-risk factors are transferred, the animal models of blood stasis syndrome of different degrees of light and heavy are constructed, and the "precise diagnosis" is established from the microscopic point of view to make key eggs of different subtypes of blood stasis syndrome. White as the target of virtual screening intervention drugs for "precise treatment", so as to establish a coronary heart disease blood stasis syndrome type of "precise medicine" diagnosis and treatment program. Thus revealing the occurrence and development of blood stasis syndrome of coronary heart disease, the biological mechanism of individual differences, exploring the essence of syndrome-based addition and subtraction, and establishing the way of transformation from experiment to clinical practice.
