随我国农业生产对地膜依赖程度不断增加,地膜源邻苯二甲酸酯类(PAEs)塑化剂污染问题引发广泛社会关注。正确认识“地膜覆盖与残留对我国农田土壤-作物系统塑化剂污染影响与机理”密切关系农产品质量安全,亟待研究。申报人及所在团队长期从事地膜残留污染研究,多次在国家、省部级地膜污染监测中任技术支撑,建立完善了地膜源污染研究方法与全国范围地膜样品库,为进一步开展本项目研究奠定了良好基础。本研究拟以明确地膜主要原材料与PAEs初始含量为切入点;结合农田地膜原位老化处理与室内地膜源塑化剂迁移污染监测技术方法,研究明确地膜应用与废弃残留不同老化阶段及时间尺度对地膜源塑化剂释放过程与农田土壤污染影响及作用机理;探讨作物PAEs富集系数与关键运输途径,揭示农田土壤地膜源PAEs污染的作物有效性与农产品质量安全风险。为客观评价土壤-作物系统地膜源塑化剂污染风险,服务地膜配方改良,提供重要科学依据。

The increasingly intensive application of plastic film mulching technology is accompanied by growing public concern on leaching and contamination of phthalic acid esters (PAEs) from mulch film to the agricultural system, that represent as a possible risk on agricultural product safety. Deep investigations into the effect and mechanism of plastic mulch film application and film residual pollution on soil-crop contamination of PAEs are urgently demanded. For more than ten years, our research team has been devoted to the study of plastic film application and residual contamination. Till to now, we have established efficient and systematic investigation methods on mulch film originated contamination; collected and created sample libraries of plastic mulch films (in well preservation) from all over the country; and have provided technical supports in several national and provincial investigations on mulch film contamination. On the basis of our previous works, this study aims to achieve the following goals: (1) to clearly understand the primary raw material and average content of the 6 prior PAEs in plastic mulch films; (2) to demonstrate the emission and contamination pattern of plastic film originated PAEs to farmland soil, and the influencing effect of exposure conditions, time durations and mulch film aging status; (3) to reveal the bio-availability of different PAEs molecules in the above-ground part of leaf vegetables through different root transportation pathways, and to assess the safety risks of agricultural product. These results will not only provide scientific support to contamination risk evaluation of plastic mulch film originated PAEs to soil-crop system, but also assist film formulation improvement.
