本课题以地震多发地区既有中小学校改造作为研究对象,针对其一方面急需面临抗震性能的提升,另一方面又必须面对教学环境升级的双重挑战,结合践行绿色发展的国策与可持续建设的理念,将融合抗震性能提升的建筑设计的改造方法与策略作为研究方向。.融合结构性能的建筑设计既是当前具有前沿性的课题之一,对于地震多发地区的既有建筑改造又具有非常现实的意义。本课题着眼于中小学校的特定建筑类型,通过空间形态学层面的类型归纳与抗震性能上的模型分析,来将建筑与结构在形态设计层面上进行整合,从中整理出具有操作应用可能的设计方法。课题在已经建立起的形态类型研究的基础上,吸收了日本等国外先进成熟的融合抗震性能的既有建筑改造策略与方法,根据国内地震多发地区既有中小学校建筑空间的特点与抗震补强的特征,有的放矢地提出具有多样化针对性的设计导则。.此外,本课题涉及的预制装配改造还创造性地提出具有可持续改造的策略,是具有前沿性的研究。
英文摘要
This research is focused on the retrofit of the primary and secondary schools in earthquake-prone areas in China, which are in need of promotion both in their anti-seismic performance and in the educational environment. By combining the national policy of environment-friendly development and the concept of sustainable construction, the aim of this research has been set as to devise new retrofit strategies with improved anti-seismic performances..The architectural design involving structures, as one of the advanced topics today, provides realistic merits for the retrofit practices in earthquake-prone areas. Thus, through the typology categorization of spatial morphology and analysis of anti-seismic models, this article is to integrate structural system into architecture in terms of formal design, so as to devise possible design methods for practice. The research draws advanced and mature anti-seismic retrofit strategies and methods from existing architectures in foreign countries including Japan with the basement research of some typology model analysis having be built already by the applicants. Diverse and targeted design guidelines are proposed to address the characteristics of space and anti-seismic reinforcement of existing primary and secondary schools in these areas..Furthermore, by introducing prefabrication, the research also proposed strategies for sustainable renovation, which is a frontier research topic.
