近年来,由于水资源质量不断下降,对水体质量的有效监控成为当务之急。本项目利用UV-EEM-IR多维光谱提取水体的水质指纹,基于水质指纹对水体的水质COD和TOC进行建模检测,研究水体环境参量对水质指纹的影响机理和有机污染物在水体中的扩散规律,对有机污染源进行追溯且对污染物的“基因结构”即污染物的分子结构或官能团信息进行定性分析,最终确定污染源。本项目利用UV光谱和EEM光谱的不同适应能力,优势互补,对水质有机污染指标进行定量建模检测,以提高水质参数的检测精度;提出将EEM光谱和IR光谱联合应用,采集水中有机污染物的“基因指纹”的构想,将EEM和IR两大指纹图谱组成基因指纹以准确确定污染物的基因结构,实现有机物的定性分析,从而实现水体污染的“源解析”,并最终实现水体有机污染的预警、有机污染物溯源以及有机污染物的留证等工作,以期为我国水质参数的检测和水污染的防治及溯源提供一种可靠、绿色的思路。

In recent years, as for the quality of water resources has been declining, and effective monitoring of water quality has grown up to be a top priority. The project uses UV-EEM-IR multi-dimensional spectrum to extract water fingerprints. Based on water fingerprints, COD and TOC of water quality are modeled and detected by it. Moreover, the mechanism of water environmental parameters affecting water quality fingerprints and the diffusion rule of organic pollutants in water are studied. The project traces the source of organic pollution and qualitatively analyzes the “gene structure” of the pollutants, i.e. the molecular structure or functional group information of the pollutants, and finally identifies the source of pollution. Complementary advantages about the unique adaptability of UV and EEM spectroscopy can carry out quantitative modeling and detection of water quality organic pollution indicators in order to increase the detection accuracy of water quality parameters. In this project, the idea of combining EEM and IR spectra to collect the "genetic fingerprints" of organic pollutants in water is put forward. The two fingerprint spectra, EEM and IR, are combined to form genetic fingerprints to determine accurately the gene structure of pollutants, thereby, the qualitative analysis of organic pollutants can be realized, so as to achieve the "source analysis" of water pollution. Finally, the early warning of organic pollution in water, traceability of organic pollutants and evidence of retention of organic pollutants are realized. It is hoped that the implementation of this project will provide a reliable and green idea for the detection of water quality parameters, the prevention and traceability of water pollution in China.
