我国城市青少年课业繁重,白天大量时间都在教室里中度过。笔者通过实测发现,目前我国中小学教室大量存在临窗区域照度过高、光线刺眼无法阅读、同时照度衰减极快,教室内部又照度过低的情况。我们习以为常的侧窗采光导致的这种照度极不均匀的现象,使得教室白天开灯挂窗帘成为常态。这又造成了教室自然光照严重缺乏、影响学生健康、诱发学生近视的突出问题。我国青少年的近视率惊人,习主席也对此进行了批示。我们在之前的研究中已经提出并验证了通过设置天窗等方式来提高室内光照均匀度的方法,这也是欧美目前最提倡的做法,但是如何通过空间布局使更多的教室拥有顶光条件成为“天光教室”才是更为关键的问题。本项研究中我们提出一种在高密度环境中对中小学的不同功能空间进行竖向组合的思路,利用夏热冬暖地区教室需要天光、活动场地需要荫凉的特点,通过巧妙布局创造尽可能多的天光教室,大幅延长青少年接触自然光的时间,促进其健康成长。

In our country, urban teenagers have heavy schoolwork and spend a lot of time in the classroom during the day. Through experiments, the author finds that there are a lot of situations in primary and secondary school classrooms, such as too high illumination in the near window area, too dazzling light to read, too fast attenuation of illumination and too low illumination in the classroom. These phenomena of extremely uneven illumination caused by side window lighting, which we are accustomed to, makes it normal for classrooms to turn on lights and hang curtains during the day. This has caused serious shortage of natural light in classroom, affecting students'health and inducing students' myopia. The rate of myopia among adolescents in China is alarming. Chairman Xi also gave instructions on it. In previous studies, we have proposed and validated ways of setting sky windows to improve indoor illumination uniformity, which is the most advocated method in Europe and the United States. But how to make more classrooms have top lighting conditions through spatial layout becomes a more critical issue. In this study, we propose a method of combining different functional spaces vertically in a high-density environment. By making use of the characteristics of classrooms in hot summer and warm winter areas requiring daylight and activity areas requiring shade, we can create as many daylight classrooms as possible through ingenious layout, which can greatly prolong the time of teenagers'exposure to natural light and promote their healthy growth.
