发展基于结构性能的抗震设计理论和方法涉及到具体性能量化指标的计算和表达。本课题理论与试验研究相结合,运用新的研究思路和方式,在前期研究工作基础上,继续改进推覆分析方法和能力谱方法,着眼于开发适应国情的抗震性能设计所需的弹塑性反应适用分析方法。研究成果可为我国建筑抗震设计规范的改进提供参考依据,对于防震减灾具有重要意义。

The limitation of the seismic design theories and methods whose purpose is only to ensure the life safety of people is getting more and more attention these days. Therefore, the Performance-Based Seismic Design becomes the developing trend of the seismic design theory. It is very important for both scientific research and engineer application to find the Performance-Based Seismic Design theories and methods that are fit for China. The base research object of the item is the practical inelastic analysis method, which is one of the key issues in the seismic performance design. The structural inelastic analysis model, method and tool, the Pushover method, Capacity Spectrum method and the energy analysis procedure are deeply studied. Based on all-sided evaluation, the existing Pushover method, Capacity Spectrum method and the calculating tools are improved properly, and the improved method can be used as an important research and design tool. Seismic performance of some representative structures is evaluated by Pushover method, Capacity Spectrum method and the inelastic time-history Analysis method separately, and then the analysis results are compared with the correlative testing results and earthquake damage data. The research achievements have been published in relevant magazines and academic conferences, and will be summarized and introduced. The research results have gained many attention, and are mentioned as reference during the edit of the structure seismic design code (GB50011-2001).
