CFS has a high incidence and a long duration. Up to now, there is no specific treatment method, which has become a serious clinical problem that plagues modern people. Studies have shown that the brain-gut axis is a key link in the occurrence and prevention of CFS. Traditional Chinese medicine has the effect of treating both body and mind, and has advantages in the prevention and treatment of CFS. Our previous studies have confirmed that the Yan Nian Jiu Zhuan method can improve the physical and mental fatigue and gastrointestinal function of CFS, which is closely related to the functional activities of the brain. But does it have a target brain area? The correlation between the target brain area and the density of brain function connections remains to be verified. For this reason, we put forward the hypothesis that the complex symptoms of CFS exist in the target brain area, and its functional activity and multi-brain connection density are the key central factors to alleviate CFS. In order to verify this hypothesis, this project uses brain-gut interaction as an entry point, uses immunology to detect gastrointestinal function BGP substances, and uses FCD to objectively reflect the tightness of the activated brain area and the whole brain. Observe the distribution of brain function connection hub regions at the level of the central nervous brain network, clarify the target brain area where the exercises take effect, and explain the brain-gut interaction mechanism of the Yan Nian Jiu Zhuan method intervening in CFS, which is the traditional exercise method "external treatment and internal response" The effect and the prevention and treatment of CFS provide a new theoretical basis.
