课题将以推动“互联网+”时代教育改革创新实践为宗旨，面向信息技术重构社会组织和运行模式以及教育发展主要矛盾发生转化的变革背景，准确把握和深刻阐述“互联网+教育”的本质内涵和实践特点。项目以扎根理论为主要研究范式，利用结构方程模型、文本分析和多媒体等新技术与新方法，深入“互联网+教育”创新实践，通过对创新案例的系统研究，提炼“互联网+教育”新原理，认识“互联网+教育”创新的发展规律，归纳教育改革对教育制度创新提出的新要求。在系统研究和深刻揭示“互联网+教育”新原理和新规律的基础上，制定“互联网+”时代教育行动计划，规划教育制度创新体系，形成政策建议报告。课题将产出系列论文，阐述“互联网+教育”的动因、本质内涵和实践特点，开发“互联网+教育”创新案例库，出版《“互联网+教育”基本原理》和《“互联网+教育”创新与管理》，设计教育制度创新体系，制定“互联网+”时代教育改革的战略行动方案。

The project aims to promote education transformation by Internet. The background of the study is that Internet is rebuilding the society structure and education contradiction is changing. The study is going define the concept Internet plus education and presents its characteristics. The study adopts Grounded Theory as main methodology, and integrates some research techniques from nature science, such as big data. The study is going to choose lots of education innovation cases by evaluation, then to do deep case study. By case study, researchers are going to reveal new education foundation and education innovation principle. Based on new foundation and new principle, researchers are going to propose and submit a strategy report on how to promote Internet plus education and how to rebuild education system. The project achievements includes series articles on motivation, connotation and characteristics of Internet plus education, a database for Internet plus education cases, two published books and two formal strategy reports.
