金属矿尾矿总量占一般工业固体废弃物的34%,是重大危险源和污染源。尾矿粒度极细不易脱水,目前约90%的尾矿仍以传统低浓度/分级方式处置,无法彻底解决矿山三废问题。膏体处置技术将全部粒径的尾矿(全尾砂)制备成膏体料浆进行堆存与充填,是真正意义的绿色处置。膏体处置过程中料浆浓度逐步上升,跨越液限、塑限和缩限三个临界点,材料的流变特性与固结行为是重要基础理论问题。内容包括4方面:①研究絮凝全尾砂浓密的细观结构与流变参数响应规律,揭示全尾砂剪切导水强化浓密机理;②分析时—温效应下膏体流变特性,构建“固多液少”非牛顿结构流阻力模型,提出膏体管道输送稳态调控方法;③明确蒸发条件下膏体流动—固结耦合作用关系,阐明膏体无压流动与固结对堆存行为的影响机制;④探索尾矿表面硅\铝氧断键特征与重聚机理,揭示胶结膏体固结自增强原理与处置体强度演化规律。本项目有望形成尾矿绿色处置技术原型,为绿色矿山建设提供理论支撑。
英文摘要
The total amount of metal mine tailings accounts for 34% of the general industrial solid waste, which is a major hazard and pollution source. The tailings are too fine to be dewatered,resulting about 90% of the tailings are disposited in low concentration or classified, which cannot solve “the three wastes” in mine completely. Nevertheless, the unclassfied tailings paste disposal, which thickenes whole talings into paste for deposit and filling, is real green disposal. The concentration of the unclassfied tailings slurry rises gradually during the paste disposal, which leaps over liquid limit, plastic limit as well as shrinkage limit. The rheological properties and consolidation behavior are key foundations of unclassfied tailings paste disposal. Therefore, the project will focus on the following aspects: (1) The response relationship between the floc microstructure and rheological properties of unclassfied tailings as well as the dewatering mechanism. (2) The paste rheological properties under the effect of time and temperature, the No-Newton structure flow resistance model with “more solid and less liquid”, the regulate and control of paste pipeline transportation. (3) The coupling mechanism of flow and consolidation under the effect of evaporation, the effect of free flow and consolidationg on storage behavior. (4) The characteristics and reaggregation mechanism of Si-O and Al-O broken bands on the unclassfied tailings surface, the autofrettage principleclarify of cemented paste backfill and the evolution law of the disposal body’ strength. This project will provide a theoretical basis for the green disposal of metal tailings, which is of great significance for accelerating green mine.
