焚烧中Cl/S/P和矿物质是诱发重金属迁移的两类关键因子。富氧燃烧条件下,高浓度烟气循环必将改变两类关键因子间的耦合作用,进而改变重金属与关键因子间的竞争反应,但此反应机理尚不清楚。针对富氧燃烧复杂体系,研究Cl/S/P-矿物质的交互行为诱发多种重金属迁移的途径和机理。采用一维层燃炉模拟污泥掺烧,查明含Cl/S/P产物演化、矿物质耦合/解耦行为,追踪诱发重金属迁移的前驱物,确定重金属在气/固相中的分配、形态转化及相变过程,获得其迁移的控制因素;通过量子化学计算确定交互体系中铅的反应路径,利用铅同位素图谱获得诱发铅挥发的直接证据。将上述结果与热力学平衡分析对照,确定Cl/S/P-矿物质的热耦合行为,定量描述重金属的迁移/释放、均相/非均相反应,获得关键因子对重金属迁移的各自贡献,揭示重金属挥发促进-抑制的耦合机理。据此,构建重金属迁移与关键因子间的预测模型,为污泥掺烧污染控制提供科学依据。

Chlorine,sulfur,phosphorus and minerals are the two kinds key factors inducing the migration of heavy metals during the combustion process. High concentration of CO2 in the furnace will change the coupling behavior between the two key factors, which can change the competitive reactions between heavy metals and these key factors under the oxy-fuel combustion. However, the reaction mechanisms involving these competitive processes are still unclear. In this project, co-incineration of sludge experiments will be conducted under the simulated oxy-fuel combustion system. The effects, process and mechanism of the chlorine, sulfur, phosphorus and minerals interactions on the partitioning of the multiple heavy metal minerals will be investigated. Using the tube furnace simulating the oxy-fuel combustion, and the coupling and decoupling processes, emissions, and evolutions law among chlorine, sulfur, phosphorus and minerals will also be analyzed. The precursors inducing the volatilization of the heavy metals will be tracing. Combined microspectral technique, the partitioning, phase transformations and the end products of the heavy metals distribution in both gas and solid phase as well as the key controlled factors of them will be determined. Meanwhile, Pb stable isotopic fingerprints will be used to obtain direct evidence for Pb volatilization induced by different components. The reaction pathways of Pb will also be determined in the interactive system by quantum chemistry calculations. The above results will be compared with the date from the thermodynamic equilibrium analysis. The effects of the interactions among different chlorine, sulfur, phosphorus and minerals on volatilization and migration of heavy metals and homogeneous/heterogeneous reactions are described quantitively. On this basis, the contribution of key factors on the volatilization transport of heavy metals will be determined. At the same time, the path map of heavy metal migration and release will be drawn and the inherent mechanisms were revealed. Finally, the responding dynamic model between the heavy metal volatilization and the interaction factors would be established. This research will provide the scientific bases for further controlling heavy metals emissions during oxy-fuel combustion.
