大学生创新创业能力评价体系与结构模型研究

在我国社会发展进入“中等收入国家”行列之后，如何实现以创新驱动为标志的经济转型发展就成为我国社会经济发展面临的重大战略课题。支持社会经济转型发展是高等教育义不容辞的责任，高等教育只有培养出大批高素质的创新创业人才才能为社会经济持续健康发展做出应有的贡献。为此，大力开展创新创业教育成为每个高校的任务。我国高校对肩负的创新创业教育任务是明确的，但如何完成这一任务却不清晰。学术界虽已普遍认识到创新创业教育的重要性，但未能科学地揭示创新创业教育的基本原理，特别是未能有效地揭示创新创业能力的形成机制问题，从而也未能对创新创业教育效果进行科学判断，如此就成为制约高校创新创业教育的瓶颈。问题的焦点就在于如何对大学生创新创业能力进行科学的界定和有效的测量。鉴于此，研究大学生创新创业能力的评价指标体系和结构模型就具有重大的理论价值和实践意义，解答该问题可为推进我国高等教育内涵式发展提供了一个有力抓手。

After China's social development enters the ranks of “middle-income countries”, how to realize economic transformation and development marked by innovation has become a major strategic issue facing China's social and economic development. Supporting social economic transformation and development is the incumbency of higher education. Higher education can only make a contribution to the sustained and healthy development of the social economy by cultivating a large number of high-quality innovative and entrepreneurial talents. To this end, carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education vigorously has become the task of every university. What clear is that the task of innovation and entrepreneurship education in China's colleges and universities is, but what blurred is how to accomplish this task. Although the academic community has generally recognized the importance of innovation and entrepreneurship education, it has failed to scientifically reveal the basic principles of innovation and entrepreneurship education, especially the failure to effectively reveal the formation mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship, and thus fail to educate and innovate. The scientific judgment of the effect has become a bottleneck restricting the innovation and entrepreneurship education of colleges and universities. The focus of the problem lies in how to scientifically define and effectively measure the innovation and entrepreneurship of college students. In view of this, it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study the evaluation index system and structural model of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability. Answering this question can provide a powerful grasp for promoting the connotative development of China's higher education.
