发电厂内基于MEA燃烧后CO2捕获装置(PCCP)受烟气流速波动和蒸汽变化影响较大以及环保成本制约,时变动态行为和市场因素是影响CO2排放经济效能的主要原因之一。本项目采用理论分析、实验和数值模拟等方法研究PCCP的动态优化控制性能和经济尺度下的排放能效特性。从过程优化控制的理念出发,探讨动态行为、参数变化及经济指标改变对PCCP的CO2排放经济能效影响。在此基础上,通过设计CO2捕获系统测试装置,建立经济动态优化策略下PCCP动态行为-经济尺度作用下的经济能效成本模型,掌握影响CO2排放效能的主要因素,深入理解过程参数变化、系统动态行为和环境经济指标变化影响CO2排放效能及共同作用的机理,研究扰动、非线性行为、经济因素影响过程稳定性的机理。项目的研究对于准确评定PCCP的综合经济能效、提出更加符合实际应用的CO2优化排放策略及扩大PCCP经济调控技术应用具有重要的理论意义和实际应用价值

Due to the fluctuation of flue gas velocity and the change of supply steam in power plant and the restriction of environmental protection cost, the time-varying dynamic behavior and erratic market cost of PCCP in power plant are one of the main reasons that affect the economic efficiency of CO2 emission. In this project, theoretical, experimental and numerical simulation methods are used to study the dynamic optimal control performance of PCCP and the energy efficiency characteristics on the dynamic economic scale. Based on the concept of optimal control, the effects of dynamic behavior, smoke fluctuation, steam supply and economic index changes on the economic energy efficiency of PCCP CO2 emission are discussed in this paper. On this basis, through the design of CO2 capture system testing equipment, the economic energy efficiency optimization cost model of dynamic behavior-economic scale action of PCCP under the economic dynamic optimization strategy is established, and the main factors affecting the CO2 emission efficiency are grasped. In-depth understanding of the process parameters changes, system dynamic behavior and environmental and economic indicators of the impact of CO2 emissions efficiency and co-action mechanism, disturbance, nonlinear behavior, economic factors affecting the mechanism of process stability. The research of the project has important theoretical significance and practical application value for accurately evaluating the comprehensive economic energy efficiency of PCCP, putting forward the CO2 optimization emission strategy which accords with the practical application and expanding the application of PCCP economic optimization regulation and control technology.
