随着海洋权益维护与海洋通道安全问题日益凸显,船队全天候大范围超视距目标探测能力需求非常迫切,天发船收分布式高频雷达传播距离远、覆盖范围大、机动性强、隐蔽性与抗干扰能力突出,通过分布式观测信息融合与协同处理,可获得更高的超视距目标探测威力范围、检测概率和估值精度,应用潜力巨大。本项目通过开展天发船收分布式高频雷达协同探测体制研究,揭示船载平台、电离层介质及分布式系统动态结构所引起复杂物理机制作用下雷达信号传输演化机理,建立回波信号模型,构建协同探测机制,提出复合因素作用下扰动参数提取与补偿方法,以此为基础在信号处理和系统层面开展复杂背景下协同信号与信息处理和基于船舶编队的多模式空域高分辨协同探测方法研究,研制原理性试验验证系统并开展外场试验,在典型应用环境中验证研究成果。项目实施将为新体制天发船收分布式高频雷达协同探测技术发展和船队对海超视距目标探测应用奠定理论和实践基础。
英文摘要
With the increasing prominence of the protection of maritime rights and interests and the maritime access security issues, the fleet’s demand for wide range over-the-horizon (OTH) targets detection capability in all-weather around the clock is extremely pressing. Distributed shipborne HF hybrid sky-surface wave radar has long-range transmission, large coverage, strong mobility, outstanding concealment and anti-jamming ability. Through the distributed observation information fusion and cooperative processing, this radar system can obtain higher range of detection, detection probability and estimation accuracy, and has great potential for application. In this project, the research on the cooperative detection mechanism of distributed shipborne HF hybrid sky-surface wave radar is carried out to reveal the evolution mechanism of radar signal transmission under the complex physical mechanism caused by the dynamic structure of ship platform, ionosphere media and distributed system. The echo signal model is derived and the mechanism of cooperative detection is established. The methods of disturbance parameters extracting and compensating under the action of compound factors are proposed. On the basis of these researches, the cooperative signal and information processing under complex background and the multi-mode spatial high-resolution cooperative detection method based on the ship formation are investigated at the signal processing and system level. The principle test verification system is developed and the field experiment is carried out. The research results are verified in a typical application environment. The implementation of this project will lay a theoretical and practical basis for the development of cooperative detection technology of distributed shipborne HF hybrid sky-surface wave radar and the application of the fleet to the detection of sea OTH targets.
