药用植物内生菌往往能够产生与其宿主相同或相似的药用成分,从药用植物内生菌天然产物中寻找具有抗菌活性代谢产物是获取新型抗菌药物的有效途径。传统藏药雪灵芝具有抗炎消肿的疗效,其组织中有多种抗菌活性成分。本项目拟从产于西藏的雪灵芝中分离植物内生菌,从其发酵产物中分离纯化对Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)、Staphylococcus aureus、Esherichia coli、Pseudomonas aeruginosa有抗性的活性成分并鉴定结构。分离雪灵芝组织中抗菌活性成分,分析其与内生菌抗菌活性成分的关系。通过本项目的实施,建立西藏雪灵芝内生菌抗菌活性菌株资源库和西藏雪灵芝内生菌抗菌活性产物资源库,为新型抗菌药物的研发做必要的准备。

Endophytes of medicinal plants can often produce the same or similar medicinal ingredients as their hosts. It is an effective way to obtain new antimicrobial drugs by searching for metabolites with antimicrobial activity from natural products of endophytes of medicinal plants. Traditional Tibetan medicine, the Tibetan herb Arenaria Kansuensis Maxim has the effect of anti-inflammation and anti-swelling. There are many antimicrobial active ingredients in its tissues. This project is to isolate endophytic bacteria from the Tibetan herb Arenaria Kansuensis Maxim in Tibet, isolate and purify the active components which are resistant to Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), Staphylococcus aureus, Esherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and identify their structures. The antimicrobial active ingredients in the tissues of the Tibetan herb Arenaria Kansuensis Maxim were isolated and their relationship with the antimicrobial active ingredients of endophytic bacteria was analyzed. Through the implementation of this project, the resource bank of endophytic bacteria and the resource bank of antimicrobial products of endophytic bacteria in Tibet were established to prepare for the research and development of new antimicrobial agents.
