基于时空间行为的混合住房社区社会分异的中美比较研究

混合住房社区内的社会分异是城市社会分异的新形式，是城市地理学者面临的新研究议题，也是在促进社会融合过程中亟待解决的问题。以居住区分异为核心的研究范式平均化了“邻里效应”，无法揭示同一居住区内部的社会分异。居民时空间行为研究为揭示社区内部的社会分异提供了理论和方法支撑。同时，目前国际上尚缺乏混合住房社区建设的经验总结，亟待开展混合社区社会分异的国际比较研究；而居民时空间行为的比较能够为此提供有效的切入点。本项目以中美混合住房社区为研究对象，从居民时空间行为角度剖析混合住房社区内部的社会分异并进行中美比较研究，揭示中美混合住房社区社会分异在空间维度、时间维度、情境维度等方面的差异性与相似性，并解读中美混合住房社区社会分异的影响机制的异同。旨在完善时空间行为分析在城市社会分异研究领域中的应用，并探索时空间行为理论与方法在国际比较研究中的有效性，为我国混合住房政策制定和开展社区管理提供参考。

Social differentiation in housing mix neighbourhoods is a new form of urban social differentiation, a new research topic faced by urban geographers, and an urgent problem to be solved in the process of promoting social integration. The research paradigm of conventional social differentiation research has ‘The Neighbourhood Effect Averaging Problem’ and cannot reveal the social differences within the same neighbourhood. The study of residents' spatial and temporal behavior provides theoretical and methodological support for revealing the social differentiation within a neighbourhood. On the other hand, there is still a lack of experience summarization in the construction of housing mix neighbourhoods in the world. Therefore, it is urgent to carry out international comparative studies on social differentiation of housing mix neighbourhoods. The comparison of residents' spatial-temporal behavior can provide an effective perspective for this aim. This project takes housing mix neighbourhoods in China and the US as research areas, analyzes the social differentiation within the housing mix neighbourhoods from the perspective of residents' spatial and temporal behavior and conducts a comparative study between China and the United States. This project aims to reveal differences and similarities of the social differentiation of the housing mix neighbourhoods in China and the US from the spatial dimension, time dimension, and the context dimension. Furthermore, it aims to interpret the similarities and differences in the influence mechanism of the social differentiation of Sino-US housing mix neighbourhoods. This project seek to improve the application of spatial-temporal behavior analysis in the field of urban social differentiation research, and to explore the effectiveness of spatial-temporal behavior theory and methods in international comparative research. As the policy significance of this project, it provides reference for China's housing mix neighbourhood policy formulation and neighbourhood management.
