基于服务化的中国先进制造业GVC升级机理、模式及实现路径研究

在全球经济由工业型向服务型深度转型的背景下，以“服务化”解决中国先进制造业GVC低端锁定的发展困境已达成共识。本项目在对中国先进制造业GVC嵌入程度与服务化水平测度与动态分析基础上，遵循“升级机理—升级模式—实现路径—政策体系”的研究思路，首先基于价值链理论分析中国先进制造业服务化与GVC升级的关系，构建“服务化—价值链整合—驱动GVC升级”的机理框架，并通过关键要素识别与整合、升级演变规律分析等揭示升级机理；在此基础上，构建“点式升级、横向升级、纵向升级和网络重构”GVC升级模式体系，并设计升级模式的实现路径；最后建立基于服务化的先进制造业GVC升级的政策体系。本项目研究将初步形成基于服务化的中国先进制造业GVC升级机理、模式及实现路径的理论框架，从而将为中国先进制造业GVC升级及“服务化发展战略”部署实现提供理论依据，有效推进中国由制造大国向制造强国转变的战略目标实现。

In the context of the global economic transformation from industrialization to servitization, it has reached a consensus to solve the low-end-lock dilemma of China's advanced manufacturing industry in global value chain by servitization. Based on the measurement and dynamic analysis of the GVC embedded degrees and servitization level of China's advanced manufacturing industry, the research logic is designed as "upgrading mechanism--upgrading patterns--realization paths--policy system". Firstly, the relationship between advanced manufacturing servitization and upgrading in GVC is analyzed based on the value chain theory. Secondly, the mechanism framework of "servitization -- value chain integration -- driving upgrading in GVC" is constructed, and the mechanism of advanced manufacturing upgrading in GVC based on servitization is revealed by identifying and integrating key elements. Thirdly, based on the mechanism research, four upgrading patterns of "point upgrading, horizontal upgrading, vertical upgrading and network reconstruction" are constructed. The realization paths of the four upgrade patterns are designed. Finally, the policy system of advanced manufacturing upgrading in GVC based on servitization is proposed. This project will initially form a research framework of advanced manufacturing industry upgrading mechanism, patterns and realization paths in GVC based on servitization, so as to provide theoretical basis for advanced manufacturing industry’s upgrading in GVC and the realization of strategic deployment of servitization, and effectively promote the achievement of the strategic goal of transforming from a large manufacturing country to a world manufacturing power.
