抓好关键零部件与主机企业协同创新,对突破关键零部件“卡脖子”问题具有重要意义。但鉴于创新具有复杂度高、周期长等特点,我国关键零部件技术突破亟需相关方的共同努力。为更好地引导供应链上下游企业开展协同创新,理清其中蕴含的管理决策机理,本项目基于在研究与实践领域被广泛关注的利他与公平关切行为,梳理不同类型协同创新场景中的决策主体、主体间的相互关系及行为驱动因素,探索关键零部件与主机企业协同创新系统结构模型;在考虑决策偏差效应的基础上,期望在利他与公平关切行为、技术复杂度、知识溢出效应对协同创新决策的影响机理、协同创新协调机制设计等方面取得突破,并结合案例不断检验、修正、完善理论研究成果,为考虑利他与公平关切行为的关键零部件与主机企业协同创新决策提供理论与方法支撑。本项目从利他与公平的角度研究供应链协同创新决策与协调机制,形成行为运作与协同创新管理交叉创新研究成果,具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。
英文摘要
The collaborative innovation between key components suppliers and integrator is of great significance to break through the bottleneck problems of key parts. However, in view of the characteristics of technological innovation with a long investment cycle and high risk, the technical breakthrough of key components in China is in urgent need of the joint efforts of relevant parties. This project aims to better guide the upstream and downstream enterprises of the supply chain to carry out collaborative innovation and clarify the management science problems contained in it. Based on the widely concerned altruism and fairness in the field of research and practice, the project sorts out the decision-making subjects, the interrelationships among subjects and their decision driving factors in different types of collaborative innovation scenarios. By exploring the structure model of collaborative innovation system of key components suppliers and integrator, the project hopes to construct the influence mechanism of altruism and fairness, technological complexity, knowledge spillover effect on collaborative innovation decision considering the effect of decision bias. Furthermore, the project tries to find out the coordination mechanism of collaborative innovation in a supply chain. With the cases study, the theoretical research results are constantly tested, modified and improved to provide theoretical and methodological support for the collaborative innovation decision making of key components supplier and integrator considering altruism and fairness. This project studies the collaborative innovation decision and coordination mechanism of the supply chain from the perspective of altruism and fairness, and forms the research results of the cross innovation between behavioral operation and collaborative innovation management, which has important theoretical value and practical significance.
面向我国制造业产业升级、核心竞争力提升国家重大需求,关键零部件与主机企业的协同创新已成为产品技术升级最为常见的运作模式,研究不同创新主体的协同创新决策与协调机制对理清相关运行机制具有重要意义。. 项目梳理了不同类型协同创新场景中的决策主体、主体间的相互关系及行为驱动因素,探索关键零部件与主机企业协同创新系统结构模型,研究不同场景的关键零部件与主机企业协同创新决策与协调机制。围绕上述内容,项目组分别开展了理论研究、案例研究与智库建议研究。在此基础上,分析并揭示了供应链上下游中关键零部件与主机企业协同创新机理。. 项目研究的主要结论包括:(1)在批发价格合同下,过度自信不利于供应商的创新,但在成本分担合同下,过度自信有利于供应商的创新,甚至比集中式情况下更有利。在批发价格合同下,当过度自信水平超过一定阈值时,制造商的利润可能高于成本分担合同下的利润。(2)在混同与无扭曲的分离均衡中,零售商过度自信不利于制造商的创新投入及其收益;高创新效能出现概率增大并不总会带来好的效果,混同均衡下的创新投入水平与制造商收益反而受到消极影响,而无扭曲的分离均衡下则相反。(3)参考价格和创新的交互效应导致了批发和零售的稳态价格上涨,从而激励制造商增加创新投资。集中型企业具有较高的稳态创新水平和创新/价格比,与分散供应链相比,稳态零售价格更低,消费者也受益于交互效应以及集中化。. 通过项目研究:发表7篇,提交智库建议2份,撰写研究案例1篇。完成培养研究生5名等。相关研究在丰富行为运作管理理论、供应链协同创新决策与协调机制方法等方面研究成果的同时,为关键零部件与主机企业协同创新提供理论与方法支撑。
