The coupling analysis of multi-physical fluid-solid is a key scientific problem in many fields of science and engineering, especially the anisotropic phase, it brings a serious challenge to the numerical analysis. This project is focus on the numerical simulation of the autoclave curing process of composite plates and shells; the computational analysis framework and its numerical solving methods will be developed for the coupling solution of multiple-physical fluid-solid problems. The extended layerwise method (XLWM) is a typical quasi three-dimensional plate and shell theory. It is very suitable for accurately solving the interlaminar stress of laminated plates and shells under the multiple-physical loading, and is easy to deal with the heat fluid-solid problems between the structure and the environment. Firstly, a XLWM of curing process is established to analyze the complete coupling solution of multi-physical field and interlaminar residual stress. Secondly, the integral modeling technology of composite structures and mold is established to solve the bottleneck problem of existing analysis methods for the interface force and thermal interaction. Finally, the seamless coupling of the multi-physical field problem and the thermal-fluid-solid problem will be studied, and the evolution mechanism of each physical quantity in the curing process will be discussed, as well as the initiation and growth mechanism of damage and defect. The research results of this project have important theoretical significance for the analysis, design and optimization of the autoclave curing process of the composite structures.
