套筒连接灌浆缺陷给装配式建筑带来重大安全隐患。若将含缺陷建筑全部推倒重建,势必造成巨大的经济浪费。然而目前含套筒灌浆缺陷的结构性能劣化规律不明确,导致无法评估是否需要加固处理及如何加固处理。本项目旨在探究含套筒灌浆缺陷的装配式剪力墙结构的抗震性能劣化规律。通过高应力及大变形反复拉压试验,研究地震下含缺陷的灌浆套筒连接接头的破坏机理及性能劣化规律;建立能够评估含缺陷套筒连接接头的力学性能劣化程度及失效概率的理论模型;通过低周反复加载试验及大量数值模拟,探究含套筒灌浆缺陷的装配式剪力墙墙片的破坏机理及抗震性能劣化规律;建立装配式剪力墙在不同的缺陷率及缺陷分布下承载力、刚度、延性、耗能等的劣化评估理论模型;探究含套筒灌浆缺陷的装配式剪力墙结构的地震易损性规律,建立其地震损伤失效概率计算模型;提出含套筒灌浆缺陷的装配式剪力墙结构的地震易损性评估方法。为完善工业化建筑抗震性能评估体系提供理论支撑。

The grouting defects in sleeve splicings pose threats to the safety of assembled buildings. It is costly to demolish and rebuild all the defective buildings . However, the deterioration law of the structural performance with sleeve grouting defects is still unclear, which makes it impossible to evaluate whether the reinforcement treatment is needed or not and how to reinforce it. This project aims to explore the seismic performance deterioration law of the assembled shear wall structures with sleeve grouting defects. The failure mechanisim and performance deterioration law of the grouting sleeve connections with defects under earthquakes will be studied by conducting the repeated tension and pressure tests with high stress and large deformation. A theoretical model will be established to evaluate the deterioration degree and failure probability of the mechanics performance of the sleeve connections with grouting defects. By conducting the low cycle repeated loading tests and a large number of numerical simulation, the failure mechanism and seismic performance deterioration law of the assembled shear walls with sleeve grouting defects will be investigated. A theoretical model for evaluating the deterioration of the carrying capacity, stiffness, ductility and energy dissipation of the assembled shear walls with different defect levels and distribution conditions will be established. The seismic fragility of the assembled shear wall structures with sleeve grouting defects will be explored. The failure probability calculation model of the structural seismic damage will be established. A seismic fragility assessment method for the assembled shear wall structures with sleeve grouting defects will be finally proposed. This research provides theoretical support for the seismic performance evaluation of the industrialized structures.
装配式建筑中的套筒灌浆缺陷普遍存在且难以完全避免,套筒灌浆缺陷会严重削弱装配式建筑的抗震性能,给建筑带来重大安全隐患。然而目前缺陷对装配式结构抗震性能的劣化影响规律仍未明确,这导致含缺陷装配式结构的抗震性能评估及加固处理缺乏理论指导依据。为探究套筒灌浆缺陷对装配式结构抗震性能的劣化影响规律,本项目首先根据缺陷的影响机理对其进行分类,设计制作了大批量含缺陷的灌浆套筒连接接头试件,通过高应力及大变形反复拉压试验,探究了地震下含缺陷连接接头的破坏机理及性能劣化规律;建立了能够评估含缺陷套筒连接接头的力学性能及套筒中钢筋与灌浆料粘结性能劣化程度的理论模型;随后,通过低周反复加载试验及大量数值模拟,探究了含套筒灌浆缺陷的装配式剪力墙墙片的破坏机理及抗震性能劣化规律;建立了含套筒灌浆缺陷的装配式剪力墙抗侧承载力的劣化评估理论模型;分别采用FRP纤维布和薄钢板对含缺陷装配式剪力墙进行了加固设计及加固处理,通过低周反复加载试验及理论分析,对含缺陷装配式剪力墙的抗震加固效果进行了评估;通过有限元软件分析,探究了含套筒灌浆缺陷的装配式剪力墙整体建筑结构的地震易损性规律;提出了含套筒灌浆缺陷的装配式剪力墙结构的地震易损性评估方法。本项目研究成果可为工业化建筑抗震性能评估体系的完善提供理论支撑。
