声景辅助治疗抑郁症的机理研究

抑郁症已成为当今威胁人类生命和健康最严重的疾病。我国抑郁症发病率逐年升高且治愈率低。近期新型冠状病毒肺炎全球大流行，公众心理健康形势严峻，进一步导致我国抑郁症患者数量增长。健康效益是声景领域的研究热点，声景可作为一种新兴的抑郁症治疗手段，具有适应人群广、依从性强等优势，但目前国内外研究与临床应用尚属空白。本课题以抑郁症的声景辅助治疗为研究视角，通过建声和电声处理手段对诊疗空间进行声景改造，针对轻、中度抑郁症被试，进行药物治疗与“药物—声景”治疗对照实验，使用生化、心理与认知功能指标来判定声景辅助治疗的疗效。探求声景指标与抑郁核心症状之间的定量关系，制订抑郁症康复空间的声环境设计导则，为抑郁症的治疗新途径提供临床证据，完善我国抑郁障碍防治指南，具有重要的学术价值和科学意义。同时可减少抑郁症患者的药物使用、缩短治疗周期，从而大量节约社会医疗成本、降低疾病负担，具有良好的社会经济效益和应用前景。

Depression has become the most serious disease that threatens human life and health today. The incidence of depression in China is increasing year by year with a low cure rate. Recently, the new coronavirus pneumonia has become a pandemic in the world, and the severe mental health situation of the public has further led to the increased number of depression patients in China. The relevant heath benefit is now a hot topic in soundscape research. Soundscape assisted therapy can be used as an emerging treatment for depression. It has the advantages of being adaptable to a wide range of patients and high adherence. However, it is still blank in systematical study and clinical application in China and abroad. In this study, the rehabilitation benefit of soundscape assisted therapy for depression was taken as the research perspective, and the restorative soundscape of the outpatient and ward environment was created through the building acoustic and electroacoustic treatments, respectively. The effectiveness of soundscape assisted therapy was determined through a number of biochemical, psychological and cognitive function indicators, after the comparative experiments for patients with mild to moderate depression, receiving drug therapy and ‘drug-soundscape’ therapy. The quantitative relationships between the soundscape indicators and the core symptoms of depression were explored, to formulate the acoustic environment design guidelines for the depression rehabilitation space, as well as to provide clinical evidence for the new treatment of depression. It will also improve the guidelines for the prevention and treatment of depression in China, with notable academic value and scientific significance. At the same time, this therapy could reduce the drug use and shorten the duration of treatment of patients with depression, therefore, it could save a lot of social medical costs, and reduce the burden of disease, along with potential socio- economic benefits and application prospects.
