收缩语境下中国东北地区城市网络格局演进及空间治理研究

本研究尝试梳理城市网络与收缩城市相关理论与研究进展，辨识其理论框架与研究导向，重点开展收缩语境下城市网络格局演进过程与机理探索，并尝试在不同类型城市识别评价基础上提出城市网络空间优化与治理对策。研究拟采用夜间灯光遥感、GIS空间分析、模拟仿真等方法，按照识别→评价→测度→表达→机制→治理的逻辑思路，开展收缩语境下城市系统空间组织理论创新研究。理论层面上，探求收缩背景下城市空间关系发展趋势识别，依托产业、人口、信息、交通等多重承载网络演进驱动下的城市网络发生、发展机理及城市系统空间组织格局与演化模式。方法论层面上，基于收缩背景，综合承载网络的识别、测度与评价,开展承载网络到城市网络的空间映射，并对城市网络的可视化表达与仿真模拟开展探索性研究。应用层面上，以中国东北为研究区域，开展东北地区收缩格局识别与趋势模拟，并提出在收缩背景下东北地区城市网络系统的优化与调控及空间治理对策。

The research attempts to sort out the relevant theories and research developments of city networks and shrinking cities, identifies their theoretical framework and research orientation, and focuses on the evolutionary process and mechanism exploration of city network patterns under the context of shrinkage, then tries to propose targeted city network space optimization and governance policies based on the identification and evaluation of different types of cities. This research proposes to use night light remote sensing, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) spatial analysis, simulation and other methods to carry out theoretical innovation research on city system spatial organization in the context of shrinkage, according to the logic framework of identification → evaluation → measurement → expression → mechanism →governance. At the theoretical level, based on the shrinkage background, it explores the development trend of city spatial relation, the occurrence and development mechanism of city networks driven by the evolution of multi-carrier networks such as industry, population, information, transportation, etc., and the spatial organization pattern and evolution mode of city system. At the methodology level, based on the shrinkage background, this research combines the identification, measurement and evaluation of the carrier networks, to carry out the spatial mapping from the carrier networks to city networks and conduct the exploratory research of visual expression and simulation of the city network. At the application level, this research identifies the shrinkage pattern and simulate the shrinkage trend of Northeast China, then propose the optimization, regulation and the spatial governance countermeasures of the city network system in Northeast China under the shrinkage background.
