With the increase of the proportion of existing, underground and PC buildings, the damage of the building envelope is becoming more and more serious. The cracks will aggravate the coupled transfer of heat, air and moisture (HAM) and directly reduce the comprehensive performance of the building. However, at present, the research focuses on the mechanism and influence of coupled heat and moisture transfer of undamaged envelope. Therefore, in order to prolong the life of the building, improve the safety of the structure, reduce the energy consumption of the building and improve the indoor environment, the research on the mechanism and dynamic performance of HAM coupling transfer of the porous crack envelope structure is the key to improve the comprehensive performance of the building. In this project, theoretical, experimental, and simulation methods and UAV image technology will be used to study crack scale, crack characteristic parameters, equivalent hygrothermal physical parameters, HAM coupled transfer mechanism, WDR dynamic boundary conditions, crack information extraction, active control technology, etc., to establish HAM coupled transfer discontinuous model and prediction model of crack development of retaining structure under non-load. In order to realize the prediction and evaluation of the dynamic change of the comprehensive performance of the building, we should form the correction coefficient of the building performance which is suitable for the application in the engineering field, construct the basic information platform of the damage of the outer surface of the enclosure structure under the multi-factors. The research results provide appropriate prevention and control means for the design, maintenance, management and other stages of building envelope system, and provide scientific guidance for improving building performance.
