有机发光显示(AMOLED)以其高画质、宽色域、护眼健康、可弯折等优异特性赢得学界和业界的高度关注,成为当今显示领域研究的前沿和热点。但是,可靠性一直是柔性显示大规模应用的瓶颈,其中的关键问题是柔性衬底的耐热性、力学性能以及化学稳定性研究一直没有取得实质性突破。破解柔性显示性能劣化的难题,一直都是柔性衬底材料研究和工艺技术的核心任务,也是柔性显示发展面临的迫切需求。因此,本项目拟深入研究满足柔性AMOLED显示应用需求的高性能聚酰亚胺(PI)衬底。首先,研究PI衬底的成膜工艺、耐热稳定性和残余应力等特性,提高柔性显示屏的可靠性;然后,提出一种可承受较高工艺温度的低损伤力学解离方法,有效解决PI衬底与玻璃基板间的粘附与解离困难问题;最后,设计一种带有光学结构的透明PI衬底,提高柔性OLED的光取出效率。并尝试建立柔性PI薄膜性能的一般评价方法,以提升PI性能需求与柔性显示应用之间的系统联系。

Active matrix organic light emitting display (AMOLED) possessing excellent properties, such as high quality picture, wide color gamut, good for eyes, flexible or bending, attracts much attention in research and industry, become the frontier and hot spot of new display research. A key problem, which AMOLED based on flexible substrate materials faced, is long time reliability. This problem result in low yields. The core problem which affect the stability is that the flexible substrate does not make breaking through so far. To solve the problem of display performance degradation of AMOLED caused by its substrate heat resistance, mechanical properties and chemical stability, especially for AMOLED using flexible substrates, is the main task for the application requirement. Therefore, this proposal intends to further study the high-performance polyimide substrates that meet the requirements of flexible AMOLED display applications. Firstly, the film forming process, thermal stability and residual stress of PI substrate were studied to improve the reliability of the flexible display. Then, a low damage mechanical dissociation method which can bear higher process temperature is proposed to effectively solve the difficult problem of adhesion and dissociation between PI substrate and glass substrate. Finally, a transparent PI substrate with optical structure is designed to improve the light extraction efficiency of flexible OLED. And try to establish a general evaluation method of the performance of flexible PI film, in order to improve the system relationship between PI performance requirements and flexible display applications.
有机发光显示(AMOLED)以其高画质、宽色域、护眼健康、可弯折等优异特性赢得学界和业界的高度关注,成为当今显示领域研究的前沿和热点。但是,可靠性一直是柔性显示大规模应用的瓶颈,其中的关键问题是柔性衬底的耐热性、力学性能以及化学稳定性研究一直没有取得实质性突破。破解柔性显示性能劣化的难题,一直都是柔性衬底材料研究和工艺技术的核心任务,也是柔性显示发展面临的迫切需求。因此,本项目主要研究适用于柔性AMOLED显示领域的高品质透明PI衬底应具备的性能。结合氧化物TFT阵列和OLED集成工艺,重点研究PI柔性衬底的制备工艺、界面粘附性、薄膜残余应力、光学结构等,研制出方法简单可靠、高性能品质好、对AMOLED 器件性能冲击小、抗弯折性能优异、制作成本低的PI柔性衬底。基于本项目研制的PI柔性衬底,最终成功开发出的柔性AMOLED彩色显示屏,工作寿命长达25959小时,具有应用潜力。本项目的研究成果与关键技术能够给柔性OLED显示及柔性电子学等领域的新技术的研发和工艺水平提供参考,有效带动一系列上下游行业的发展,推动我国从“显示大国”向“显示强国”的加速转变。
