Development of functional membrane technology has accelerated the exploitation of marine natural gas resources. However, due to the poor structural stability of polymer membrane in the separation process, the development of natural gas resources is seriously restricted. This project intends to design water vapor content-responsive MOFs nanosheets through the regulation of their composition and structure, and then reveal the structure-property relationship. The project explores the interaction between MOFs nanosheets and the polymer substrate, and then constructs a highly selective mixed matrix membrane containing bilayer MOFs nanosheets with a gradient response of water vapor content in natural gas system. The influence of MOFs nanosheets on polymer chain movement is studied to improve the stability, and the structure-property relationship between the membrane structure and methane separation selectivity is explored to create the high-efficiency separation theory based on the interface construction, and explores its separation mechanism through the study of the dynamic process. The success of this project is bound to provide theoretical basis and data support for the development of high-performance natural gas dehydration membrane materials, as well as promote the development of marine natural gas resources development.
