我国大学生学习力的动态评价与发展策略研究

学习力是衡量终身学习能力的核心指标，已经成为新时期高校提升人才培养质量的关键抓手。现阶段大学生学习力研究忽视了大学生学习与发展的独特性，静态式问卷调查的评价方式难以准确反映大学生学习力发展的内在机制以及大学教学如何促进大学生学习力发展，相关策略对大学生学习力发展的针对性不足。本项目以促进大学生学习力发展为核心，拓展大学生学习力内涵与评价指标体系，对大学生学习力展开动态评价，探索我国大学生学习力发展的内在机制，揭示大学教学对学习力发展的作用机制。围绕上述目标，本项目基于大学生学习与发展的阶段性特征，开发大学生学习力评价工具；以形成性评价为指导，以“评价-反馈-改进”为框架，对大学生学习力动态评价展开行动研究；运用实地观察、FIAS分析等方法收集、分析与解释动态评价过程性数据；结合深度访谈与三级编码建构大学生学习发展的扎根理论，提出促进大学生学习力发展的策略，服务高校教学和人才培养的科学决策。

Learning power is the core indicator to measure the ability of lifelong learning. It is the key of improving the quality of personnel training in colleges in the new era. At present, researchers of college students’ learning power ignore the uniqueness of college students’ learning and development. Moreover, they use static questionnaire as the assessment approach which is difficult to accurately reflect the internal mechanism of college students’ learning power and how teaching promotes the development of college students’ learning power. Therefore, the strategies for development of college students’ learning power in those studies are lack of applicability. Focusing on promoting the development of college students’ learning power, this project expands the connotation of college students’ learning power and the index system of college student’s learning power assessment, carries out dynamic assessment of college students’ learning power, explores the internal mechanism of the development of college students’ learning power in China, and reveals how teaching works on the development of college students’ learning power. In order to achieve the research objectives, this project will develop an assessment tool for college students’ learning power based on the characteristics of college students’ learning and development. Then guided by formative assessment and in the framework of “assessment-feedback-improvement”, this project will carry out the dynamic assessment of college student’s learning power in China, and collect, analyze and interpret the data of dynamic assessment process, using field observation, FIAS analysis, etc. What’s more, the Grounded Theory will be used to develop the theory of development of college students’ learning power by in-depth interview and coding. Thus, this project will put forward the strategies to promote the development of college students’ learning power and serve in decision-making of the education, teaching and the training of talents in colleges.
