Adverse adhesion of toxic and harmful bacteria on various surfaces is an important cause of human infection and microbial corrosion or pollution in national major projects and engineerings. So far, bacterial antiadhesion is a global challenging issue, and the theory and mechanism of bacterial antiadhesion are still not complete. This project puts forward a scientific hypothesis that whether driving bacteria droplets on the sliding antibacterial surface can obtain more efficient bacterial antiadhesion, our preliminary experiment demonatrates that the super-hydrophobic/oleophobic surface with Cassie-Baxter state has excellent resistance to bacterial adhesion. Thereby, from technical aspect, we further construct slipper and antibacterial surface of gradient wettability from super-hydrophobic/oleophobic to hydrophobic/oleophobic, and expound the key technology of obtaining Cassie Baxter state, low viscous resistance, and the biggest driving force. And from theoretical aspect, we also study the motion law of driving bacteria droplet in a binary complex system on the surface of the pluralistic structure by combining and extending of the directional transport theory of pure liquid droplets, so as to reveal the dynamic resistant bacterial antiadhesion mechanism of driving effect. The research results of this project will contribute to provide an important new method and theoretical basis for the construction of bacterial antiadhesion, and a key technical data for the realization of bacterial antiadhesion on various surfaces in the practical application.
