我国许多大型城市正处于轨道交通加速成网的关键时期,但公交导向开发(TOD)面临市场需求旺盛,实证研究不足的现状,其中组团级轨道交通站域中人群活动单一,空间活力不足的问题突出。轨道交通站域建成环境作为人群活动的物质载体,是影响城市空间活力强度及时空效应的重要因素。但站域建成环境如何影响城市空间活力,哪些要素发挥着关键作用还亟待探究。本课题以成都市25个组团级轨道交通站域为研究对象,构建“建成环境-人群活动-空间活力”的理论框架。首先建立基于活力强度、活力稳定性与活力多样性的多维度空间活力测度体系;然后融合质性分析与多种统计学方法,全面测度样本站域建成环境与空间活力时空特征;最后通过构建结构方程模型,精细化探究站域建成环境指标对空间活力多维特征的影响大小、方向及作用路径,由此识别促进活力提升的关键建成环境要素。以期为我国组团级轨道交通站域的TOD开发与城市设计提供理论基础和技术支撑。
英文摘要
Many large cities in China are in a critical period of accelerating rail transit network. However, the transit-oriented development (TOD) is facing the dilemma of strong market demand and insufficient empirical research. The rail transit neighborhood station is widely distributed in the city, facing the problem of infrequent activity type and insufficient spatial vitality in the station area. The built environment of the rail transit station area, as the material carrier of the crowd and their activities, is an important factor affecting the intensity of urban space vitality and space-time effects. However, how the built environment of the station area affects the vitality of urban space and which factors play a key role have not yet been answered. This project takes 25 neighborhood-level rail transit stations in Chengdu as the research object, and constructs the theoretical framework of "built environment-crowd activities-spatial vitality". First, a multi-dimensional spatial vitality measurement system is established based on vitality intensity, vitality stability and vitality diversity. Then the spatial and temporal characteristics of spatial vitality and the built environment of the sample station areas are measured, integrating qualitative analysis and a variety of statistical methods. By constructing a structural equation model, the influence intensity and influence path of the built environment indicators of the station area on the multi-dimensional characteristics of spatial vitality are explored. Thus, the key built environment elements that promote vitality are identified. It is expected to provide theoretical foundation and technical support for the spatial optimization and planning management of the neighborhood-level rail transit stations in China.
提升轨道交通站域的城市活力是发挥公交导向开发(TOD)效能的重要目标,轨道交通站域建成环境作为城市人群活动的物质载体,是影响城市空间活力强度及时空效应的重要因素。但我国TOD长期面临市场需求旺盛,实证研究不足的困境。本研究以成都市为例,基于多源数据,全面测度样本站域空间活力时空特征,并从站域、街道、公共空间三个维度探究了不同尺度下建成环境与空间活力的关联与影响。本研究着重做出以下贡献:(1)研究揭示了轨道站域活力-客流-功能之间存在的复杂效应,依据活力特征指标,通过聚类分析,可将轨道交通站域划分为活力充裕复合型、活力波动就业型、活力波动居住型、活力不足稳定型四大类别。构建了轨道交通站域节点—场所—活力三维模型,并对成都地铁1号线27个站域进行定量评估,揭示了各维度之间的协同关系。(2)建立轨道交通站域街道空间品质评价体系,对成都市三环内73个轨道交通站域内的街道空间品质进行评价,并利用回归分析模型,探究站域街道品质对站域空间活力的影响机制。研究发现对站域空间活力有显著性影响的指标有街道骑行可达性、D/H值、POI密度。(3)对轨道交通站域口袋公园进行形态学分析与活力测度,通过因子分析、聚类分析探讨口袋公园的形态类型,并利用计算机视觉方法对人群活动进行活力解析,阐释空间形态学特征、设计特征与人群活力的关联机制。综上,本研究通过对轨道交通站域建成环境和空间活力的系统研究,明晰多尺度视角下建成环境与空间活力的内在关联与复杂影响,为轨道交通站域城市设计和空间优化提供科学的论据支持及设计指引。
