随着新时代西部大开发进程加快,西部山区即将大规模修建公路、铁路等交通基础设施。山区倾斜地层上路堤的变形控制是高速公路建设过程中亟需解决的关键难题。土工加筋技术是一种经济、高效的地基变形控制手段,近年来其研究与应用呈快速增长趋势,但交通荷载下倾斜地层土工加筋路堤变形机理尚待探索。本项目拟通过室内试验、模型试验、数值模拟和理论分析等手段,针对交通移动荷载下倾斜地层土工加筋路堤的变形机理及计算方法开展研究。首先结合山区倾斜地层的特点,开展路堤填料参数演化规律和强度特性试验研究,建立复杂应力状态下山区倾斜路堤材料的本构模型;然后,开展倾斜地层土工加筋路堤模型试验,揭示非对称应力条件下加筋路堤荷载传递机理及协同工作机理;最后建立山区倾斜地层上土工加筋路堤荷载传递计算模型,提出考虑非对称应力场的加筋路堤计算方法。研究成果将为山区高速公路土工加筋路堤的设计计算提供理论支撑。

With the acceleration of the development of the western region in the new age, large-scale roads, railways and other transportation infrastructures will be built in the western mountainous areas. Deformation control of the embankments on inclined stratum in mountainous is a key problem to be solved in the process of expressway construction. Geotechnical reinforcement technology is an economical and efficient method for controlling foundation deformation. In recent years, its researches and applications have shown a rapid growth trend, but its deformation mechanism under traffic load in inclined strata remains to be explored. The project carried out the following researches through indoor test, model test, numerical simulation and theoretical analysis. It is planned to carry out researches on the deformation mechanism and calculation method of geotechnical reinforced embankment in inclined strata under the moving traffic loads. Firstly, combining with the characteristics of inclined stratum in mountainous areas, experimental research on the evolution of embankment filling parameters and strength characteristics is carried out, and constitutive models of inclined embankment filling materials in mountainous areas under complex stress conditions is established. Then, the model test of geotechnical reinforced embankment in inclined stratum is carried out, and it used to reveal the load transfer mechanism and cooperative working mechanism of reinforced embankment under asymmetric stress conditions. Finally, a calculation model for load transfer of geotechnical reinforced embankments on inclined stratum in mountainous areas is established, and a calculation method for the reinforced embankments considering the asymmetric stress field is proposed. The research results will provide theoretical support for the design and calculation of geotechnical reinforced embankments of expressways in mountainous areas.
随着交通强国战略的深入实施,西部山区的公路、铁路等基础设施建设正在大规模推进。我国中西部地区多以山区为主,这些公路、铁路通过的区域大部分位于山区,这对于基础设施建设提出了更高的要求和挑战。在已建和待建的高速铁路中,相当一部分路堤需修建在山区的倾斜地层上。特别是在四川、西藏等地区进行铁路建设过程中,不可避免地会遇到此类问题。本项目通过室内三轴剪切试验和大型直剪试验,揭示了路堤填土材料在动应力作用下的应力-应变特性,明确了复杂应力状态下加筋土动力特性变化规律。进一步通过室内模型试验探讨了非对称应力条件下路堤面层的变形和应力,路堤填土的变形和应力,加筋体的拉力和变形特性,揭示了山区加筋路堤中考虑倾斜地层的荷载传递规律。最后,通过土工加筋路堤有限元数值模拟,分析了路面超载、加筋层数、地层倾角、路堤填料的力学参数等对土工加筋路堤的变形影响,揭示了倾斜地层土工加筋路堤的变形机制,建立了非对称空间下土工加筋路堤荷载传递计算模型,提出了倾斜地层土工加筋路堤路面结构层-路堤填土-加筋体相互作用的沉降计算方法。项目执行期间,累计在国内外权威期刊上发表SCI和EI论文13篇,授权国际发明专利3项,登记软件著作权1项。研究成果将推动岩土工程加筋土理论与应用的进一步发展,为我国山区公路、铁路加筋土技术应用提供理论依据与技术支撑。
