新疆帕米尔高原小蜂总科资源调查及其高寒环境适应性研究

帕米尔高原位于欧亚大陆的中枢，在我国境内位于新疆西南部，其特殊的地理位置和恶劣的自然环境导致该地形成了具有极强适应性的特有生物类群。小蜂总科昆虫大多数种类是许多农林牧业重大害虫的天敌，世界范围内其资源状况不清。至今为止，对新疆帕米尔高原小蜂总科昆虫资源调查和研究尚未有人涉及。.本项目拟对高寒环境的新疆帕米尔高原小蜂总科进行资源调查、区系分类、小蜂群落与其环境因子的关系和代表物种对高寒环境适应性研究，将形态学、比较形态学与分子分类相结合，查明该地区小蜂资源和区系分布特点，丰富小蜂总科昆虫资源的基础资料。同时，通过研究不同海拔梯度下小蜂在形态特征及分子水平方面的差异，揭示其适应高寒环境的特性。研究结果为高寒环境下寄生蜂多样性及其保护利用提供基础数据，同时探索环境胁迫下昆虫的环境适应性对阐明昆虫进化选择、开拓害虫防治新技术等研究领域有着重要意义。

The Pamir Plateau is located in the central part of Eurasia and in the southwest of Xinjiang in China, with a highly adaptable and unique biological group because of its special geographical location and harsh natural environment. As we know, most species of Chalcidoidea are the natural enemies of many major pests in agriculture, forestry and animal husbandry. However, Chalcidoids receive little attention and has an unclear resource status in the world at present. Up to now, no research has been involved in this group resources in Pamir Plateau of Xinjiang..This project will take Pamir Plateau of Xinjiang as the research site, intends to carry out its Chalcidoidea resource survey, faunal and systematic study, the relationship between chalcidoids and their environmental factors, as well as adaptation research to alpine environment of some representative species . Resources of Chalcidoidea and its fauna will be made clear in this area by combined methods with morphology, comparative morphology and molecular classification. At the same time, the differences of morphology and molecular level of chalcidoids at different altitude gradients were studied to reveal their adaptation to the alpine environment. The research results will provide the basic data for the diversity and protection and utilization of parasitic wasps in the alpine environment, and also exploring the environmental adaptability of insects under this extreme environment is of great significance to elucidate the evolutionary selection of insects and to develop new pest control technologies.
