面向家电产业的跨链体系化调控理论与技术研究

我国家电产业的生产规模已居世界首位，其产业生态是跨领域的复杂系统，面对多样化生产与消费需求，提质增效以及降本减存的挑战，进行跨链的体系化调控是大势所趋。本项目拟从三个维度解决家电产业的体系化调控问题：1）研究基于社会选择理论的体系化调控理论与新型信用体系，通过影响个体间的协作行为偏好实现自下而上的全局体系化自主调控；2）构建支撑全产业链跨链耦合的信息体系结构，建立产业链和价值链的数据互通与高效协作；3）建立家电产业工业互联网示范平台，验证调控理论的和体系结构的有效性，推动实现交易对象从实体产品转换为生产能力，商业模式从产品交易转换为全流程协作，生产方式从少品种大批量的产品生产转换为多品种定制化的生产，实现产业链资源配置效率和协同运行效率的提升。

The production scale of China's home appliance industry has ranked first in the world, and its industrial ecology is a complex system across fields. Facing the challenges of diversified production and consumption demands, improving quality and efficiency, and reducing costs and stocks, cross-chain systematic regulation is the general trend. This project intends to solve the problem of systematic regulation and control of the home appliance industry from three dimensions: 1) Research on the theory of systemic control and new credit systems based on the theory of social choice, and achieve bottom-up, overall systemic and autonomous regulation by influencing the cooperative behavior preferences between individuals; 2) Build chain-coupled information system structure for the entire industry chain, establish data interoperability and efficient collaboration between industrial chains and value chains; 3) Establish an industrial Internet demonstration platform for the home appliance industry to verify the effectiveness of control theory and system structure, and promote the conversion of transaction objects from physical products to Production capacity, the business model has been transformed from product trading to full-process collaboration, and the production mode has been transformed from small-variety and high-volume product production to multi-variety customized production, realizing the improvement of industrial chain resource allocation efficiency and collaborative operation efficiency.
