Affective information processing is an advanced research direction in the AI world. "1/f fluctuation" is a new theory and method to acquire and to process affective information. "1/f fluctuation" has the important impact on maintain harmonious environments, it can improve living quality of people and decompress mental strain caused by competition. The content of this subject include: establish the model of class structure of sense; distill, analysis and process the "fluctuation character" of different affective information; quantitate affective information character; process emotion and sense to make them concretion. As a creative subject, we have made quite a lot of results on our formal basis in two years.
