开采稳定区是关闭高突矿井瓦斯储集及抽采的主要区域,其演化形成及瓦斯储运时效机理尚未完全明晰。项目针对该问题,拟采用理论分析、实验室实验、大型三维物理模拟、数值模拟及现场工业试验五位一体的方法开展研究。研究采动覆岩运动全生命周期演化规律,建立矿井全生命周期关键层运动综合力学方程及开采稳定区裂隙时空演化方程,明确开采稳定区形成判别条件及其裂隙时空分布特征。利用大块度煤样吸附解吸瓦斯试验系统,研究大块度煤体瓦斯解吸时效规律;研究静载荷条件煤岩体蠕变过程渗透特性变化规律,以及开采稳定区瓦斯赋存分布与迁移规律,从而建立开采稳定区裂隙场瓦斯解吸-扩散-渗流时效方程。构建关闭高突矿井开采稳定区瓦斯储集及运移时效模型,揭示开采稳定区瓦斯储运时间效应,明确瓦斯抽采系统布置参数和抽采参数与裂隙分布、瓦斯解吸-扩散-渗流之间的定量化表征关系。以期为关闭高突矿井开采稳定区瓦斯抽采和利用提供基础理论依据。
英文摘要
Mining stability region is the main area of gas storage and extraction in closed gassy outburst mine. Its evolutionary formation and time-effect mechanism of gas storage and transportation have not been fully clarified. In response to this problem, this project intends to use theoretical analysis, laboratory experiments, large-scale 3D physical simulation, numerical simulation and industrial field tests in the form of a five-in-one way to carry out research work. The study will introduce the whole life cycle evolution law of the movement of the overburden rock undermining and the comprehensive mechanical equation of the key stratum motion of the whole life cycle of the mine is established, as well as the equation of time and space evolution of the crack in the mining stabilization regions to clarify the conditions for the formation of mining stabilization areas and their characteristics of the time and space distribution of fissures. This project will develop a large-scale coal sample adsorption and desorption gas test system to study the time-effect law of gas desorption of large-scale coal bodies. This project will also study the change of penetration characteristics of coal rock creep process in static load conditions, as well as the distribution and migration of gas in mining stabilization regions to establish the gas desorption-diffusion-seepage time equation of the crack field in the mining stable area. This project will furthermore construct the gas storage and transport time-dependent model of the mining stability region in the closed gassy outburst mine, reveal the gas storage and transportation time effect in the mining stable regions and define the quantitative characterization relationship between gas drainage system layout parameters, drainage parameters, fracture distribution, and gas desorption-diffusion-seepage percolation. this project expects to provide a certain theoretical basis for gas extraction and utilization in the stable area of closed gassy outburst mine.
关闭矿井瓦斯资源二次抽采利用对促进我国能源结构调整,减少瓦斯灾害发生,完善煤与瓦斯共采技术体系具有重要意义。本项目针对关闭矿井瓦斯储运区机理不清、储运时效性不明、抽采效率低等科学问题,围绕“瓦斯吸附解吸渗流-破碎/裂隙岩体损伤渗流-覆岩裂隙演化-瓦斯储集时效性”开展系统研究。通过理论分析、实验室实验、数值模拟相结合的方法,开展煤体吸附-解吸-渗流动态演化规律及变形时效特性研究,构建煤体吸附-解吸-渗流耦合效应下应变模型,揭示吸附-解吸-渗流全过程煤体变形机理。通过分析不同因素影响下破碎岩体及裂隙岩体力学响应特征及渗透率演化规律,揭示破碎岩体与裂隙岩体变形损伤破坏机理。开展不同工况下采空区覆岩活动规律及裂隙演化特征研究,明确时效诱导作用下覆岩破断程度及时空位置,继而得到开采稳定区判定方法。
