In recent years, flexible photodetectors have played an increasingly important role in the field of biomimetic eyes and wearable electronics. Nowadays, perovskite materials open up a great opportunity for the flexible photodetector because of their excellent photoelectric properties. However, most of the perovskite materials contain lead, which is highly toxic to human beings and the ecosystem. Especially in flexible and wearable electronics, the containing lead keeps perovskite materials away from long-term wearing for biological safety concern. Therefore, developing lead-free perovskite materials and exploring their application in flexible photodetectors are significant to the scientific community. Based on the development of lead-free perovskite nanomaterials and the construction of flexible photodetectors, the research content of the proposal can be summarized as follows: 1) To study the controllable synthesis and photoelectric properties of lead-free perovskite materials, especially the variation tendency of photoelectric properties in lead-free perovskite materials after replacing lead; 2) On the basis of optimizing the photoelectric properties of materials, to construct the flexible photodetectors and to regulate the interfaces of each layer in devices through physical and chemical strategies, further to improve the binding force and carrier transportation between the flexible electrodes and the lead-free perovskite materials, thereby enhancing the mechanical stability and photoelectric properties of the flexible photodetectors; 3) On the basis of constructing high-performanced flexible photodetectors, to study fundamental physical issues of the generation and transportation of carriers in devices, to establish the theoretical model, and to build the connection between the regulation of material composition and the optimization of device performances.
