The aluminum/magnesium alloy laminated material prepared by forward extrusion can meet the requirements of corrosion resistance and lightweight, but the microstructures and properties of the bonding layer are difficult to be controlled, and the bonding strength is low. In this project, The new technology of extruding and shearing is put forward in this project, which can control the microstructures,.properties and shape qualities of the double-layer thin walled tubes, especially optimize the microstructures and properties of the bonding layers.. The core scientific problem of this project is the solid-state composite mechanism of the aluminum-magnesium double-layer tube, and the extrusion-shear forming of double-layer tubes made of AA6063 aluminum alloy and ZM21-1.5Y magnesium alloy is the research object. The theoretical models of magnesium and aluminum alloy are set up by thermal simulations, and numerical simulations and experiments are based on,and zinc foils are placed between magnesium and aluminum alloys, and EBSD and TEM technologies are used in combination with diffusion couple and heat treatment tests. The rules between forming qualities, microstructures, physical fields and forming parameters of the double-layer thin walled tube are constructed, and the mechanisms of regulating the microstructures and textures of the double-layer thin walled tube are explored. The internal relations among shape qualitoes and microstructures and strengthening and toughening and corrosion resistance and process parameters of double-layer thin tubes are studied. The microstructures and thicknesses of the bonding layers are adjusted to achieve good solid-phase composite. The evaluation and control methods of forming qualities of double-layer thin walled tube are put forward.. A new way to prepare for high-quality double-layer thin walled tubes is proposed in this project, which lays a foundation for the application of extrusion-shear technology in the engineering of high-performance layered materials.
