突发公共卫生事件中网络社会情绪的跨场域极化研究

本项目聚焦突发公共卫生事件中网络社会情绪的跨场域极化问题，展开系统性的跨学科研究。首先，选择官媒舆论场和自媒体舆论场构建双层耦合网络并设定了竞争型、合作型和对抗型等3种动态博弈关系情境。其次，基于突发公共卫生事件中的媒体大数据，采用Word2Vec、余弦词向量相似度计算和SO-PMI算法来构建情感词典，采用动态知识图谱进行短期情绪议题、长期情绪议题、关键节点和关键链路等内容的预测。第三，基于行为驱动的神经信息系统方法，探究个体层面的行为心理演化规律并形成个体画像；基于数据驱动的网络优化方法，构建网络扩散模型和网络拆除模型来挖掘群体层面的结构生成规律并形成群体画像。此外，在模拟实验平台上基于典型和大规模真实案例提出并设计舆情治理策略。本项目能为网络社会情绪研究提供一个全新的实证与模拟相结合的研究框架，是对已有科学问题研究体系有益的丰富和拓展，具有很好的理论研究价值和重要的社会实践意义。

This project focuses on the cross-field polarization of online social emotions in public health emergency events and conducts a systematic interdisciplinary study. Firstly, we select the double-layer coupling network constituted by the public opinion field of official media and the public opinion field of private media, and defines three kinds of dynamic game situations: competition, cooperation and confrontation. Secondly, based on big media data in public health emergency events, Word2Vec, cosine vector similarity calculation and SO-PMI algorithm are used to construct the emotional dictionary. Dynamic knowledge map is used to predict short-term emotional issues, long-term emotional issues, key nodes and key links. Thirdly, the behavior-driven neural information system research method is used to explore the behavioral and psychological evolution of individuals and to form individual portraits. The network diffusion model and the network dismantling model are constructed by using the data-driven network optimization modeling method to explore the rules of group level structure generation and form group portraits. In addition, typical and large-scale true cases are selected to carry out empirical research on the established simulation experiment platform and public opinion governance strategies are proposed and designed accordingly. This project can provide a new research framework combining empirical and simulation for the research of online social emotion, which is a beneficial enrichment and expansion of the existing research system of scientific problems, and has good theoretical research value and important social practice significance.
