Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine

Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine is the first journal of Chinese medicine or integrative medicine indexed by SCI. It is supervised by State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and sponsored by Chinese Association of Integrative Medicine and China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences. It was founded on March 1, 1995 and is published monthly. Due to the international demonstration effect and impact of Integrative Western and Chinese Medicine, this journal shows strong academic strengths and development potential. We intend to change concept on the basis of original work, taking academic-led and market-oriented operation for enhancing the academic level of this publication, including column planning, subject planning and soliciting contributions strategy. Secondly, we will strengthen personnel editing training and complete competitive incentives to further improve the quality of editing and proofreading; thirdly, it is very important to reinforce editors’ team building and optimize the reviewing mechanism. Fourthly, it is very useful to expand promotion and multi-channel release and enriching the function of website. These will ultimately help achieve the top level of international integrative medicine/complementary and alternative medicine journal, which may need two years preparation and achieve the impact factor of 2.0 or more.

Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine（中国结合医学杂志，英文版）是我国第一个被SCI收录的中医、中西医结合类杂志，由国家中医药管理局主管，中国中西医结合学会、中国中医科学院主办，1995年3月1日创刊，现为月刊。由于中西医结合医学在国际上的示范作用和影响力，使本刊具有强大的学科优势和发展潜力。本刊拟在原有工作基础上，转变观念，以学术为先导，市场化运作，以中西医结合为主，着眼国际化，积极学习国外优秀医学期刊的办刊模式、理念和方法，从栏目策划、选题策划和组稿策略三方面努力提升刊物学术水平；加强编辑人才培养，完善竞争激励机制，进一步提高编校质量；加强审稿人队伍建设，优化审稿机制；扩大宣传力度，多渠道促进杂志发行；丰富网站功能，拓展服务范围。力争通过两年的专项建设，影响因子达到2.0以上，为跻身结合医学/替代医学领域国际精品期刊奠定基础。

《中国结合医学杂志》自2013年获得国家自然科学基金支持以来，通过(1)提高引用率及影响因子——让更多人看到杂志；(2)刊载高水平的文章——让更多人给杂志写文章；(3)扩大宣传，提高影响——让更多的人了解杂志；(4)开拓思路，拓宽收入渠道——让杂志获得更多支持四项措施，积极努力提高期刊影响因子及国际影响力。2014年7月，汤森路透发布了2013年度SCI期刊分析报告（JCR）。中国结合医学杂志影响因子达1.401，较2012年的1.059提高了32.3%。同时，期刊正式进入结合医学领域期刊Q2区，在22本期刊中排名11位，我刊进入Q2区标志着我刊的国际影响力提升一个新台阶。此外，我刊先后获得2013年与2014年“中国最具国际影响力学术期刊”。在编委会方面，截止2014年底，我刊编委人数增加到121人，大陆以外专家增加为53人，占比为43.8%。对外交流方面，参加了美国“Intentional congress for clinicians in complementary and integrative medicine”以及 “加中传统中医药论坛会议”，并邀请了两名韩国编委Myeong Soo LEE及Byung-Cheul SHIN教授赴我刊参观交流。我刊分别于2013年10月于北京、2014年5月于南京、2014年11月于福州举办了 “中医药科研设计与 SCI论文写作培训班”，同时积极参加国内学术会议，通过多途径宣传期刊。2013、2014两年我刊共计约稿45篇，其中专题笔谈栏目38篇，约稿对象为国内外知名专家，论著栏目7篇，主要是具备严谨科研设计及重要意义的研究类文章。来稿方面，2013年，共计来稿708篇，最终接受率21.8%，其中大陆以外稿件占比为21.6%。2014年，共计来稿705篇，已最终接受109篇，占比15.5%，其中大陆以外稿件占比17.4%。2014年，我刊制订了绩效制度，针对在线优先发表文章给予一定奖励，提高编辑工作积极性，2014年在线发表超过80篇，较2013年的42篇增加一倍。2013年1月开始，编辑部为了改变文章缺乏宣传、推广的现状，向每位作者提供20本文章单行本，同时每月杂志制作TOC邮件，发送给作者群，包括我刊中文版、英文版作者及通过多渠道收集的结合医学领域专家学者超过1.5万名。
