The generic unfolding of codimension-two reflection periodic orbit (two eigenvalues +or-1 and the others with norm different from 1) embedded in a Morse-Smale diffeomorphism is analysed. Local and global bifurcations are described. Non-hyperbolic invariant manifolds are constructed as an essential tool to prove local and global stability of the unfolding.
